Hello Friends.

This is actually my first time of posting in this community. I saw the projects and I loved them. I might not be up to date in the prompt, but I feel I should share this. Over here in Nigeria, many people use mobile networks like Airtel, MTN, GLO, and 9mobile to make calls, browse the internet, and the rest. I would actually give a credit to the one network people say is the best here, MTN. Although it does not really function is some rural areas.
Each of these networks has certain problems that users often complain about. I'm going to be telling you from my experiences and how I solve mine. It's not all about dictating errors but in dictating solutions as well.
MTN - There is a problem I did face as an MTN user. What I am saying is recent problems. MTN does not function is most rural areas that I've been. People that work online like I do gets frustrated most times. Some time last month, I went for a shoot and theoughout my stay in the camp I could not use the internet because of the fact that their network does not function well in such area which is bad. You will need to trek to a certain place before you could use the internet. But I still accord them the respect of data management, at least they manage data more than Airtel.
AIRTEL - Airtel is a very good network. Just like I talked about challenges I faced with MTN, AIRTEL became our savior to use the internet. But data finishes so fast in Airtel. Yes, data finishes so fast. I would even be asking myself if they use straw on the data to take it away. To me, it's very bad.
GLO - I didn't really use the GLO network, but I know about weak internet signals. The network creates room for low prices for data but have a problem of weak internet signals which is not a good omen. That is the least I could say about them.
GENERAL PROBLEMS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS
The truth of the matter is that data prices are rising everyday. People keep complaining how the prices of data keeps affecting them. It is everywhere. But complaints won't help us because the prices are rising in such way because of the situation of the country. First of all, understand the network that functions best in your area and make use of it. Have plan B. You should have at least three different networks just in case you move to places that your main network doesn't function well. About the data prices? What I did is to get an unlimited router. Calculate how much you will spend in 30 days, and you would notice you must spend above #30,000. I just renew after 30 days with #30,000 amd I enjoy unlimited data. That is how I solve mine.

I think your network depends on your area because here in Lagos, MTN works perfectly compared to Airtel. Yes, we have issues with networks and it's very annoying after paying so much.
That is the more reason why we should know the kind of network that works for us. Just like here in Abia, MTN and Airtel works well but not in every area. In my area, AIRTEL is better... In some other areas, MTN is better. I know the world will one day provide a network server that would not be restricted to any area.
