Science of Innovation - Thrilled by Renewal Energies and Washers

Hello friends, welcome to this week #scifimultiverse prompt #smp-w19 science of innovation. Electricity plays a crucial role in developing any community, managing our homes, and growing our businesses. In fact, without electricity, a place or country is regarded uncivilized, and various operations can not be handled in such a country.

Years ago, businesses had to shut down due to power outages and low daily electricity in most states in Nigeria. Infact even big companies that have been established for years was closed down and moved to other neighboring countries because of the high cost of maintaining these businesses which included power supply and spending millions on diesel just to keep up with operations.

Then science came through, and we started hearing about renewable energy, such as solars, which is the conversion of energy from sun into power that can be used both at home and at our offices. The beautiful thing is that we have abundant sun to generate this energy for us to use and solve our electricity challenges.

I love the invention of renewable energy because it has helped to reduce electricity failure to a large extent, the fact that it recharges itself through sunlight and can also be charged through other sources.

Another special thing I like about renewable energy is the fact that it doesn't generate noise as generators do, and it doesn't pollute the air as no gas or smoke is released during recharge inputs and output emissions.

I have a friend whom her husband installed inverter in their home. She said it's the best thing her husband had done for them as a family, their light comes on automatically when lights goes off and they never had to spend money on fuel to run their generators anymore since they got inverter. Recently, there was a general issue with light and for weeks, no power. People spend money on fuel and diesel to keep their home and businesses running. She became scared because they've not used their generator for a long time, and their freezer had almost melted completely, which is bad because it is stacked with food.

She said she just felt like to try if the freezer would work with the solar. Her joy knew no bound when it worked perfectly. She came to work and shared the good news. Other neighbors were wondering how they kept their freezer working since their generator is usually off.

my favorite manual washer

My second favorite innovation is washing machines. Working Monday to Friday and having just Saturday to do almost all the chores that would have taken a whole week to handle made me appreciate the invention of washing machines. It is so swift in carrying out it's task and washes them clean, far more than hands could do.

Now I could multitask, cook, and clean while my clothes are in the washer doing their thing. It made life easier for me and afforded me time to do other tasks. It is a beautiful innovation I appreciate, and I encourage people to save up and get one to help reduce their stress.

The special thing about washing machine for me is the ability not just to wash, but to spin the clothes after washing and some recent advanced machines even dry the clothes that you could wash your clothes and wear them back in few minutes. It is amazing how various innovations have made life easier for us, thereby reducing stress and increasing a healthier lifestyle.

This is my entry to this week #scifimultiverse prompt #smp-w19.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend.... Love @kachy2022 ❤️ ❤️

People who haven't been to places without electricity would not understand the value of renewable energy.

When I was posted to a village during my NYSC, there was no electricity at all, it was a portable solar panel I bought (Sunking) that made it a little easier to cope with the situation.

Woahhhh it's not easy to stay without electricity. Glad you had a backup solar electricity that sustained you during your service

You see that solar. Eeeh. I also want to get one. The issue now is that it is presently one of the costly energy source at the moment. But I am sure with time it will become something general that everyone will be able to afford.

It is actually affordable now compared to when it was newly introduced. If you start savings with the purpose in mind, you should be able to achieve it in a year
