The leadership quality

The role of leader is very important because a true and qualified leader can help a team, society or the country to reach to the destination as well as for the faster growth of team, society or the country. It’s necessary to have suitable leaders otherwise it’s impossible to expect good leadership from a person. So, what qualities make a person a great leader. It can be different from person to person, but I am here to share my thoughts.

I believe that having a good intention is the first requirement of a leader. If a person has good intentions to do something good for the team, he will try to find out the way to make the team better and effective. If the intention is evil there is no way one person can be turned into a good leader. That’s the reality and nobody can change it.

The mentality of moving forward together is the requirement to be a good leader. A true leader is the one who leads the way for everyone and protects them from strength and ensures their safety. A true leader never abandons his teammates doesn’t matter what the situation is. How a leader can be good if he abandons his teammates in the middle. It’s not ideal.

A leader should know the strength of his team as well as the weakness also. He should know how to make the best use of the strength of his team and at the same time it should be known to him how to cover the weakness of the team and if possible, help to overcome the weakness also as east as possible. In a word, a true leader should know how to utilize the efforts of teammates. In fact, it’s a very important quality of a true leader.

Having a long-term vision is a requirement of a leader. If the leader is short sighted, how can the leader be different from the ordinary people as well as the teammates. At least, something should be special about who deserves to be the leader. Don’t you also think so?

Finally, the person should have enough influential power because without having enough influence it’s impossible to give direction to the teammates and it is also necessary to motivate them. If it’s not possible, I think the teammates won’t follow the lead if the influence power is not good enough and it’s a very important requirement for leading.

Let’s talk about teamwork. I think having combination in teamwork is also necessary. Everyone is not good in every sector. Teammates contribute to teamwork according to their capabilities and do the best in what they are good. If teammates contribute from their place, it makes things easier for the leader. Even if they are not supportive, a good leader should have a way to make the best use of it.
