At present, the world is in chaos, and we are hearing news of wars here and there. Not every country is involved in those wars, but all countries are impacted by them because these wars influence the world economy. Although it's not a big deal for rich countries, for developing or underdeveloped countries, it's like a blow—it's difficult for those nations. When war influences the economy, inflation strikes, and with increasing inflation, the crime rate in those countries also increases because not everyone can cope with it, and some choose the wrong path. Kidnapping and hijacking naturally increase in those countries, and the security of ordinary people is endangered.
It's good for people to know self-defense since none of us knows when we'll need it. If people know self-defense, they can handle unexpected situations in life. Many people think that learning self-defense should be compulsory in school so that people can protect themselves whenever they face danger. But do you think the same? Is there any benefit to learning it? Do you think everyone should learn self-defense? Let me share my opinion on this, and I'll provide an example for better understanding.
We all know that money is important to us, and we all want to make as much as we can. What if everyone becomes rich? Would there be any benefit? Just imagine everyone in a country becoming rich—in that case, nobody would need to work for others. Workers would stop working because they'd have enough financial security. Such a situation never happens. Equal ability is hard to manage. In the case of learning self-defense, everyone's ability won't be the same, and naturally, there's a possibility that the strong will bully the weak. Still, just assuming everyone knows self-defense—what's the benefit? Kidnappers, hijackers, and criminals would also know self-defense well. In fact, they'd be more capable than ordinary people; otherwise, they wouldn't be criminals. So in that case, there would be no benefit to learning self-defense.
As far as I know, there's no way everyone knows self-defense, so learning it seems beneficial to me. But I'm too lazy to learn it. Are you curious to know my approach to self-defense? I feel that attack is the best self-defense. If I encounter such a situation, I'm ready to injure my opponent badly, and my attack can be brutal. I always have a pen in my pocket. Whenever I feel insecure, I keep my hand in my pocket, hold my pen tightly, and stay ready to attack. It's as if I'm not willing to be defeated. I must take at least one person with me, even if I don't have a chance to win, and one deadly strike can be enough to frighten others if there are many. When I'm at risk, I'm ready to go to extremes, and I am indeed a very cruel person in that case.

This got me smiling, and it's a beautiful one I must admit.
Attacking is a good one.

Indeed none of us know when we will need to actually defend ourselves or fight our way out of a situation.
