Hello gorgeous and elegant fellows, I welcome you to week 59 edition 1 and I hope the week is going on well in your end, well for today we would be doing confo panda 😁, not actually literally but we would be discussing about "your ways to self defense", so sit back as we chit chat about this together.

From The mentality and environment I grew up in mostly this self defense thing is for the female gender and we are the ones that are mostly sat and taught how to defend one's self because in most cases we are they ones in situations that needs saving and if we are not taught some skills on how to safe yourself you would definitely be a victim of rape, sexual abuse and likes of it.
But coming down to this prompt this kind of self defense is general and we are talking about our safety, kidnapping issues, robbery and the likes of it, so it's for general terms. I sort of agree with the idea of teaching self defense skills in schools because I feel like it's one of those underrated areas that people often neglect and don't talk about, I can quiet say that I know some ways to self defense because of the movies and probably stories I have heard but truth be told I haven't been conscious of them enough to use it and also maybe because I haven't been in any endangering situation to use it.

For the first aspect where I talked about self defense mostly for the female gender in times of rape or any sexual assault, I was taught by my mother that when you are in any situation like that where you and the person is struggling (the person is trying to have their way with you but you don't want it) she said to use my teeth to bite any part of the person that seems close, to use any weapon there to hit the person so hard, to use my legs (that's if it's not tried or blocked) to hit the private part of the person because statistical it weakens the person.
Coming down to the second aspect of self defense I know of pepper spray atleast I have watched it alot in movies and I think this is my favorite part of self defense because the aura that it gives is something else, it takes your opponent unaware, it gives you chance to escape and lots more, moving onto the next is the normal punches you can give someone and the aspect where you need to by all means dodge the strikes and blows coming your way, you know I can remember those days where me and my siblings would be fighting and I would be throwing those blows and punches, honestly looking at it now I believe I need a formal learning on all of these because I was normally the one that would be beaten 😁.
It might be sounding all fun now but it's a serious matter for one to look at, what's your take on self defense?
Thank you all for your time, I hope it was well spent?
