Through the Wormhole?

What's life without adventure? I think that's the route Sci-fi Multiverse prompts have been somewhat taking me. It's kind of interesting though, making us think in those lines, considering some of us might not really have fancied such things. It kind of makes me explore the possibilities presented by the Sci-fi world, even through the movies that relate these messages across to the audience.

I've come across the subject of wormholes in Sci-fi movies or somewhat related ones. The idea about it relates to a portal created by some means, which allows passage from one universe into another. I haven't really given much of a thought about it but this prompt is taking me there. What would it be like to come across a wormhole? Say after even much persuasion from a friend in the event of one, would I be willing to have an experience through the wormhole into another universe?

While it would be easy to dismiss this idea and just stick to my habitat here on planet earth, and make the most of time, adventure could suggest otherwise. As one who likes to explore and find or see new things, this would be an eye-catching scenario to pass by. With such persuasion, I might even dare. It would be a thing to explore and a story to share. Not a regular experience or story, but one out of this world.

Somehow, I think it will end with the enthusiasm and desire to see this abnormal scene. Going through it wouldn'treally be my route. The fact that I don't know what lies ahead is a major concern. What if the wormhole closes later after I have gone through, then I get stuck in a completely new universe? What if it would be a journey of no return, and I end up in the “Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes?”

Adventures are a nice thing; something which I appreciate. But as I've stated in a similar discourse, going on a blind adventure like that isn't really an appealing one. Such a quest would be going on a probability course. If only through some science and mathematics I can understand where I'll be going, and the nature of the universe, then there could be an option there, per adventure sake and exploring for new experience. The absence of this certainty or a level of it would make a good no.

The fact that I'm not even a “scientist” per se; not really into the exploration of spaces and all of that makes me think why I would want to do that. Okay, adventure and new experience sake, I mentioned. I'm also left thinking if I have explored my local habitat enough to want to go into another universe? Well, it could be worth the ride. Come to think of it, if such a universe has beings like dinosaurs and dragons which have been said to be extinct. Imagine going there with my phone and capturing all the moments and experiences.

That feels like a tingle to want to go through that wormhole. Nevertheless, I don't consider it a journey I wouldn't be willing to make. Why not just hold my peace back here and do the lot I can and should do? If this were some scientific journey that's certain, then maybe. But this here is a probability course, and I won't be rolling the dice on it.
