Many people wonder what they are doing wrong that is making them fall sick. Some wonder why organ failure had to happen to them...

I wonder why our ancestors seemed to live into their 90s and beyond before dying, compared to the 60s and 70s we are seeing nowadays...
Three sets of people are to be blamed: the producers, the government, and the consumers.
The producers are those producing harmful substances and products for their own selfish interest in making money while putting the lives of users at risk.
The government are the bodies meant to ban, regulate, and monitor the production of these harmful things being released into society.
Then there are the consumers, especially those who know these things are harmful to their health yet still consume them.
I have seen some crazy things happening online. You will see a mother posting that she is giving her baby weight-gain pap or other things to drink, and then some other mothers in the comments section will start asking what she used and how they can get it.
Is being fat and robust really the definition of having a healthy child nowadays? Because I am not getting the point of all these weight-gain products.
People sometimes forget one thing: there can be consequences to what we consume.

It is not rocket science to understand why we are seeing more health problems, including high blood pressure, even among younger people. What are we feeding these children at such a young age? Sometimes, we abuse the privilege of having money by giving them junk food all the time simply because we can afford it.
When it comes to healthy living and promoting good health, it does not have to be expensive.
One particular thing I will rule out is a sedentary lifestyle. Being in one spot all day, pressing your phone or doing nothing physically active, can do more harm to the body than we can imagine.
Another thing I will rule out is staying awake late into the night.
Yes, we have films to watch and work to finish, but sleep is important to our health. Instead of constantly sacrificing sleep, we should make adequate sleep a priority.
Exercise is also very important, but there are many ways we can exercise without even seeing it as a task.
Taking a stroll, walking to work, or simply walking around during the day can all contribute to physical activity. Those people who walk to work and walk back home are already getting some exercise, even though it is not something they deliberately planned.
Most people live to eat, which is also bad for our health. We are supposed to eat to live.
But thanks to the economy, many people are now practising "eat to live" because foodstuffs have become a luxury that many people cannot easily afford.
Lastly, be careful with energy drinks. Excessive consumption can have negative effects on the body, especially because many contain high amounts of caffeine and sugar. Some people have ended up needing medical attention after consuming too much.
Our health is one of the greatest investments we can make.
Take care of your body before you are forced to start taking care of it in a hospital.

@burlarj, justo pasaba por el feed y tu post me hizo frenar. Uno a veces necesita leer algo que le remueva un poco, y tu post hizo justo eso.
I think our lifestyle has changed and it's not a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the food we are consuming is not also healthy, which is actually affecting our lives.
