A few months before data prices went high, Airtel was my favorite network provider, with good data plans and network that is available almost everywhere, Airtel was the best of all networks to me. Until everything changed and Airtel data price went up, no more bonus credits and extremely bad network anytime rain falls. I still continued using them though as I didn't expect the data prices to be high for this long.
After a few days of decision making, I finally decided to get myself and MTN sim card. Unfortunately, my phone only has one sim slot, so I had to remove the Airtel sim and test the MTN that people have been talking about. Day one wasn't that good because rain fell and MTN network disappeared completely. I had to wait to the next morning to use it, then my brother gave me a code to use. It was *121#. I dialed it and damn...... it was mind blowing. MTN gave 3gb for just #500, it was really cheap although it was a day plan. Everything was going smoothly with MTN data plan and the network that I was actually considering migrating to MTN completely until MTN also decided to lose a customer.
It was all going well with #500 for 3gb until I woke up one day and I wasn't there anymore, MTN already switched it to #7000 for 40gb daily. Why would I ever buy 40gb and use it in a day, I was already even struggling to finish the 3gb I was buying everyday. I, once again, have to make another decision. Either I use 40gb everyday or I buy Glo sim. There are rumors going around about the way Glo usually sucks data, but I have made up my mind to try it and see for myself.
While MTN users might disagree, Airtel is still better in terms of customer services as MTN couldn't leave a good data plan for a few weeks. And I don't know why but, anytime I try to migrate to another plan like Pulse or XtraData, it doesn't work, does anyone know how to make it work??
Thank you all

Even current data prices, Airtel data is still a bit cheaper than that of MTN. MTN data prices just skyrocketed without pity for customers.

My bad
Will do now
done, thanks
Thank you very much Dracs man.
Airtel already increased their data prices, but not as much as MTN 😔😔
Airtel was quite considerate but you see MTN, they did and the speed with which your data gets exhausted is what I cannot understand.
Why do I see Airtel users as aliens when there is MTN...
I've never used that network though, and I'm not sure I will ever use it. However, All of them are birds of the same feathers.
Airtel is a good brand but some time there network condition is not at all good and it frustrating for the user experience and lastly there customer support is not at all good (i am talking about Indian market not know about your country )
if there's rain, airtel network becomes really bad, but other than that, i really enjoyed their network.
