But we do not look at the strength and weakness of our body. If our body becomes weak or loses its function, no matter how much treatment we do, it cannot be restored to its previous state. So even in thousands of activities, we have to think about how to keep our body healthy and fit. In the present time, keeping the body healthy and fit has become a big challenge. Technology-dependent lifestyle, busy schedules and unhealthy eating habits are gradually weakening our body. Therefore, it is very important to take care of proper food, adequate sleep and mental health to keep the body healthy.

The basis of a healthy body and fitness is proper food. Because eating spoiled food upsets our stomach and makes the body feel tired, so we should always eat good and clean food. We should take care that we do not eat spoiled food and do not eat too much oily food. Therefore, the daily diet should have the right balance of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. Processed foods, excess sugar and oily foods should be avoided as much as possible. It is better to have nutritious foods such as eggs, oats, fruits without skipping breakfast. Moderate rice, fish, meat, vegetables should be kept for lunch, and something light should be kept for dinner so that digestion is facilitated. Water plays a big role in the fitness of the body, so we should drink four to five liters of water every day.

So, there is no alternative to exercise to keep our body fit. At least 20 to 30 minutes of light or moderate exercise every day keeps the blood circulation of the body normal and keeps the muscles active. You should choose whatever you like between walking, running, cycling, swimming, yoga or gym. Those who have less time can do some basic exercises at home such as push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, etc. This habit helps to maintain the body's structure and removes obesity. And helps to keep the body fit.Sleep plays one of the roles in keeping the human body healthy. An adult needs to sleep for 7-8 hours a day. Excessive mental stress weakens the body, increases blood pressure and reduces immunity. Meditation, regular breathing exercises and being involved in favorite activities help reduce mental stress. Taking breaks and adequate rest between work also help maintain fitness. Mental stress plays an important role in damaging the body, so do not prioritize mental stress. And to know about the internal condition of the body, it is necessary to have regular health check-ups. Blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol, hormones, etc. should be checked. It should be checked at least every six months and a year. Because if you know about the condition of the body, you can take timely action. Unknown problems in the body can be detected in time and immediate treatment can be provided.

We should avoid things that are very harmful to the body. For example, smoking, drinking alcohol, in a word, we should avoid drugs. Because drugs cause serious damage to the body. Those who follow a specific routine every day have a more stable body and mind. Getting up early, doing light exercise, eating at a specific time, drinking enough water, and sleeping at a specific time keep the body healthy and functional. Irregular routines have harmful effects on the body such as not sleeping on time, not eating on time, not working on time, not exercising on time, etc.

We should include more of the things that help in increasing our immunity in our body in our daily diet. And to maintain physical fitness, the things that we should eat are natural ingredients such as fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, honey, ginger, lemon, turmeric, etc. which are very beneficial. Regularly including these ingredients in our diet increases immunity and the internal functioning of the body works well. To keep the body fit, it is not just about food and exercise, you must have patience and a strong attitude because keeping the body fit is not a one-day job, it is the result of patience and constant effort. Although it is difficult for the initial few days, it gradually becomes a habit. If you start with small steps, it is possible to achieve big goals. Therefore, it is possible to achieve success only by observing your progress carefully and working with patience. Physical fitness is a lifestyle, which is important not only for external beauty, but also for physical internal well-being. Some regular habits, proper diet, adequate rest and a positive mindset play a big role in keeping the body healthy and functional. Giving importance to the body means giving importance to life.
