Still I factor in the fact that I have make use the best of this limited invisible asset within the 24hours alloted to us I use mine to the fullest to the best of my ability.
As a trader my working hours are divide into three sessions we have the London session (08:00 - 12:00), New York session (13:00 - 22:00) and the Asian session (01:00 - 07:00) so literally I'm booked all round the clock, but in between the time I have a routine I stick to, I have reminders on my phone for Work, Study, Exercise and Relaxation for the five working days of the week. On the weekends I just blow off steam and have fun with my friends because all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Due to the fact that life is dynamic there are certain circumstances beyond our control that could make things that are not in my routine come up and having to fix them into my schedule can sometimes be a challenge and that's where the temptation of procrastination comes knocking on the door.
Procrastination was something that made me itch, if I haven't gotten something that ought to be done checked out on my to-do list I become restless, so I don't like procrastinating, but sometimes I just say to hell with it and let the damage be done.
Activities that don't align with the process to achieving my goals are a seen as a waste of time to me. Anything that would make me slide video content on tiktok is an extreme waste of time to me. Whatever activities don't align with my interests is also a waste of time to me. The hierarchy of my daily activities should not be distorted if I'm doing one thing before another that doesn't take precedence it would be seen as a waste of time for me. Calls and text at ungodly hours nowadays is also a waste of time to me, I used to do that before but not anymore, now I prioritise my sleep which I don't even get enough to chatting or talking over the phone at late hours.
At the end of the week ask yourself; did I spend my time on what aligns with my goals and values? If the answer is a resounding "Yes" you're on the right track, if not, tweak one small thing for the next week.
So bottom line is I know I have a limited time on the earth of which I endeavour not to waste doing things I will have to look back and regret, so I will do what I need to do and want to do when I have to do it until my time is up.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Pictures are mine

Time is a very good and important factor in life. So how we manage it is very Important... Procrastination is not good at all....
