Work More Spend Less, Work Less Spend More…

Living is kinda different from survival. I don't know why but I happen to see them differently. Some people just prefer to survive , while some people prefer to live. Let me now have a breakdown of both, for example a man who works and gets paid for the day job, yeah, he worked and got money. But the money he got was just to survive the day. He can’t guarantee himself of another money the next day.

As for he who lives, has the privilege to choose a choice of how they want their life to be. They see life differently and actually want to live in it. The choices are what makes the difference .

I was in a conversation with someone this evening. He happened to have been giving a lot of inspirational and motivational speeches recently which I actually appreciated. He enlightened me a lot about what money is about and the rules guiding money.

Money is not stable and it doesn’t come with easiness. So it's just like making money and spending money as a result of your habit. If you learn how to control and discipline your spending habits then it will be much easier to have savings. Only those who can discipline themselves are who to keep money with.

You might have someone totally in control of their money, they spend wisely, but lack discipline. Discipline is what will make you have much more in your custody and still choose not to spend it. Maybe there is a target for it, or a use for it. Then it's best to have those things in place.

Financial decisions are one of the heaviest things to be done, over time I have practiced and learned how to control how I spend my money. It has not only saved me, but has also made me realize the functionality of financial freedom. One can’t be financially free if they are not well disciplined about their spending habits.

One rule I have tried to hold onto over time and has helped me is the fact that I try as much to avoid holding much cash at hand, I prefer making transfers than holding cash. It has been a cool one that worked out for me, curbed my unwise spending habits.
