Greetings, everyone!
A few days ago, I was asked in a comment about my opinion of alt-coins on Hive Engine, which triggered further thinking.
First, there's a clear separation between Hive Engine and the alt-coins on Hive Engine, although the ties are very close together. Hive Engine adds smart contract capability to Hive, it also helps organizations create and manage alt-coins through services offered on top of those smart contracts, together with a zero-fee exchange for end users. Perhaps this is the point that creates confusion for some of the newbies.
Now, back to my personal view on alt-coins. Frankly, I don't understand meme coins. Ok, I understand them, but not the market cap on those jokes, and I will always stay away from them. The alt-coins that fully fascinate me are those that are bridging the blockchain and real life. There are not many on Hive, and this is something I'm looking forward to in the future. And then are those that are expanding the user experience with second-layer dApps - either used as governance or for gamification.
On the Hive Blockchain, things are designed to be transparent. With Hive Engine using the blockchain as infrastructure, it also means that anyone can see what's happening around on other users' wallets - just add any username in the https://hive-engine.com/@account-name/wallet - or have a detailed look through the HE Explorer (https://he.dtools.dev/).
I have a long history with Hive, and my wallet on Hive Engine has collected a lot of things over those years. In the last few days, I cleaned things up and sold everything that no longer interested me. This added up to something like 1050 SWAP.HIVE, which I plan to keep liquid and use for short-term trading.
These are the very few alt-coins that I'm holding on my Hive Engine wallet:
What is your view on the topic?
What do you hold in your Hive Engine wallet?

I hold PWR, CENT, SPORTS and still a few LEO
LOL, I didn't know actifit tokens were worth so much
That's AFITX, the governance token of Actifit - not to be confused with AFIT, the reward token.

I don't have much idea about actify. I suppose that token is not obtained as a reward for posting, but rather that you bought it

I hold quite a few tokens, but IU have quite a few different tribe tokens, gaming tokens and some others such as SPI, LEN, and others. I think that a lot of them don't hold too much value...but that is because of the structure behind the project. I think something like SPS maintain value because they have use cases.
