Love in Disguise grabbed my attention from the first episode because it has murder, secrets, action and comedy all mixed together, the funny thing is that the person who is supposed to investigate a murder has to pretend to be a man just to get close to the main suspect. Let me talk about the two episodes I watched that's episode one and two, because there is already a lot happening there

So for episode 1....
The drama starts with a scene involving Yoon Yi-jun, the successor of Taegang Group standing beside the dead body of his secretary Han Eun-young, she has been strangled with a belt, things immediately look suspicious because Yoon Yi-juns fingerprints are found on her body, because the police cannot just conclude that he is the killer but his familys influence makes the investigation more complicated.
We are also introduced to Kang Jae-hee, a detective who's tough, brave and not afraid to get her hands dirty, she has a background in forces so she is not the kind of woman who will sit quietly when there is a problem.

As the investigation continues the police discover that Han may have had another phone, which could contain evidence.
This is where Jae-hee comes up with an idea. Taegang Group is looking for a secretary for Yoon Yi-jun so she decides to disguise herself as a man and apply for the job, Her mission is to get close to Yoon Yi-jun and search for clues that could help solve the murder.
The interview is quite interesting because Yoon Yi-jun is not a person to impress, he asks her questions and watches her closely making it clear that he does not trust people easily. Jae-hee eventually gets the job after an incident in which she steps in to protect him from a man.
Just when she thinks things are going according to plan, Yoon Yi-jun notices something strange about her glasses, He removes them and crushes them making it obvious that he is suspicious of his new secretary, that is how episode one ends leaving us wondering whether Jae-hees disguise will survive.
Now in episode 2...
It continues from that moment with the glasses. Jae-hee manages to explain herself claiming that she wears them because people often mistake her for a girl, Yoon Yi-jun allows her to stay, he makes it clear that he will be watching her.
Her new job is not as simple as she expected, apart from being his secretary she has to follow his instructions protect him and even taste his food before he eats it, Imagine going undercover to solve a murder and finding yourself tasting your bosss food!

Jae-hee also discovers that there is a room in Yoon Yi-juns house that she is forbidden to enter, naturally this makes her more curious because she believes there could be something important hidden inside.
Although Yoon Yi-jun destroys her glasses their audio function still works, allowing her to overhear a conversation between him and his lawyer, Kim Si-hyun, From their discussion she learns that Han Eun-young saw something she should not have seen before her death, this makes the case more suspicious because Yoon Yi-jun may know more than he's willing to reveal.
Meanwhile the investigation begins pointing towards Park Min-hwan, a Taegang employee who may have removed something from Yoon Yi-juns office after the murder, when Jae-hee follows Yoon Yi-jun to an art centre he catches her, demands to know why she is there, she quickly makes up an excuse it is becoming harder to maintain her secret.
The episode ends with another funny moment when Jae-hee enters Yoon Yi-juns room and finds him fresh, from the shower, things become chaotic. She accidentally pushes him causing his towel to fall, honestly these two are already giving us trouble!
Overall I enjoyed the two episodes because the mystery is interesting while Jae-hees undercover mission brings plenty of comedy, Yoon Yi-jun is suspicious Jae-hee is determined, neither of them seems ready to trust the other, I am curious to find out what Han saw before she died and whether Yoon Yi-jun is truly innocent. The story has started well I want to see how their relationship develops while Jae-hee continues searching for the truth.
