I thought I've seen enough about weddings and wedding planners until this movie, a story about a lover of weddings and the plans towards them. I saw it while checking out movies like the ones I've seen recently and I liked that it had a familiar face as one of its characters. So I downloaded it and saw it two days ago, it turned out really good.
The movie, "27 Dresses" was released in the year 2008 written by Aline Brosh McKenna and directed by Anne Fletcher. The movie brings to our screen a feel-good romance and comedy movie that revolves around the life of a lover of weddings and the dresses. I saw it with my cousin and we both think the story is a bit unique.

Jane (starred by Katherine Heigl) fell in love with weddings since the day she was able to save her aunt from a last minute mess on her wedding gown on her wedding day. Jane knew she had found her passion and since then, she has worn 27 dresses for 27 weddings as she never says No to anyone who asks her to be a bridesmaid.
Aside loving to wear these supposed beautiful dresses, Jane fantasizes about wedding vows, being involved with her boss who she has a crush on and getting married someday. So she keeps tabs on a particular writer's work about weddings and love. What she didn't know was what was coming for her life and fantasies she holds dear.

Tess (starred by Malin Akerman) comes into the picture, she is Jane's younger sister who is carefree and seem to have been pampered by her elder sister. She returns from the country she had been and plans to stay for a few days but plans changed when Jane's Boss sees her at a party Jane kinda forced her to and fell in love with her.
Jane watched her boss fall in love with her sister, continued to hide her feelings towards her boss and found herself planning a wedding between her boss and her sister. It was a total wreck when she had to witness her boss proposed to Tess, a sad and uneasy moment it was. But somehow, Jane slowly blends in but she messes it up after.

Then Kevin (starred by James Marsden) shows up as a guy who noticed a lady changing dresses in a car from one wedding to another and finally, tries to help her up when she collapses in the wedding he is attending. Kevin finds Jane interesting and tries to get closer to her. He finds out she's been to 27 weddings as a bridesmaid and started to write an article, as he gets closer.
Both have a beautiful chemistry but the truth about why Kevin really got closer to Jane, the truth about Jane's crush on her boss and the truth about Tess that Jane's boss is unaware of... All of that made the story interesting and intense. I'll recommend the movie if you're yet to see it.

STOPIt looks like an entertaining and quite funny movie—perhaps even unique in its plot.
