[TV] Blood Sister Season2 Ep2

The action is only just beginning after episode 1 where the judge had closed the trial with her verdict for Sarah to serve a total of 5 years for being an accomplice to murder and concealing a crime, then life imprisonment for murdering Adekola while Kemi was to serve 18 years for concealing a crime, attempting to murder Femi Ademolas and his wife and then death by hanging for killing Adekola.

At some point I also thought about it that if only if they had just ran off after defensively killed Adekola or report themselves which is not really always the case when something happens suddenly not even when it's a crime.

But I bet it that Mrs Uduark Ademolas was still not okay with the verdict because she would have preferred the two of them hanged till there is no more breathe in them.
Truly, she lost a son but I think that's a reward for any parent who chooses to hide or conceal their child's crime instead of scolding them and making them know what they did was bad. When you fail to teach a child then unfailingly the child fails to learn and put you in trouble.

The episode kind of established the fact the rich can always have their ways as long as they want because what could they have done to Detective Obasanjo for his cap to be thrown into the sea by BJ-Jnr after a wrapped cloth was thrown. The commissioner bribed with a mansion and his kids schooling abroad just to see the end of two young ladies who did nothing but to defend themselves and truly this is how the system works. When the rich is ready to oppress the poor, their money is the tool to fight with because even the people who are meant to do diligence to their works are ready to enrich their pockets.

I love how Sarah and Kemi stayed glued to one another despite their current situation and even though prison has become a living hell, with Mimi wanting Kemi to stay glued to her and leave Sarah alone and trying to make her believe Sarah doesn't care about her and would leave her someday which always turns out futile with Kemi.
The sad part in this episode is seeing how Sarah lost her dad to this situation again. She's beginning to lose every special person in her life all because she delayed her decision in leaving a toxic relationship because of the financial comfort of her family.

Being out of the world of oppressors and still being pursued to be killed in the four walls of prison kind of made Sarah's life worse in the prison and all thanks to Mimi who caught the assassin and made her die the painful death she planned on Sarah. At times I don't know where or which side to count Mimi because her actions are always like chameleon based on the scenes.

Did I forget to mention that Sarah's mum planned on making her escape prison alongside Kemi even though that was a compulsory request made by Sarah since she will never leave Kemi behind and based on the corrupted system, it was achieved but only that Kemi wasn't eventually involved in the escape mission.
Something fishy also happened between Adekola's mum and Adekola's Friend Akin. You know when someone is evil then there will be nothing wrong in their sight not to tamper with.

Episode 2 was a hit too as predicted from season 1 and it's quite interesting to watch as well. I forgot to mention the improvement in the graphics which really show the difference in the years of production which truly signifies true growth in work. Moving on to the next episode as I await what befalls Akin who decides to be his friend's mum baby, Sarah who escaped prison and became a betrayal to her friend and how does she wanna save herself from Mrs Uduark Ademola after leaving the prison?

I'll be dropping my 🖊️ here on the movie review.

Thanks for reading through 🤗
