As a Muslim it will be very bad of me to skip this topic.
Happy weekend to you all once again.
Ramadan is a season of decipline. A month of self improvement.
And I'm glad I achieved all that during this Ramadan period.
One of the steps I took was consistently observing my prayers, ensuring my rak'ahs wee observed at the right time.
I also ensure to recite the Qur'an. I won't lie it wasn't that easy or simple.
There were times of temptation, battling with myself internally, while Trying to improve myself.
Sometimes I get tired and angry or irritated especially when the clock seems it's not moving.😂😂😂
But I will remind myself that Ramadan is not just about not eating for hours, but it is also about controlling my thoughts, words, and emotions.
I think before I speak,
I choose silence when I'm overwhelmed because I don't want my next actions to be harsh.
I stayed away from conversations that might lead to negative thoughts or behaviour.
All this does not make me feel being forced or pretence.
It thought me self control, decipline, patience.
And all these are needed in our daily life not just Ramadan.
Thank you for reading until the end.☺️🙏

The discipline that comes during Ramadan is admirable.
I know sometimes it can be difficult to maintain that level of discipline.
You're absolutely right.
