Path to Self-Sourced Joy.

I have always asked myself this question , should I rely on others before I can be happy? Countless times I have had to put others first before me and in return I expect that I get some joy or happiness from them, I have come to realise that it doesn't work that way.

To feel joy shouldn't come from others, it should be something that comes from you as a person and , one should make sure his or her joy doesn't get stolen for anything. Life will surely present challenges and disappointments, but when our joy comes fully from within, these external factors hold less power over our emotional well-being and that way we have proper control of how we feel.

Here's what I've learned through all this, joy isn't something we can outsource. It's not a delivery service where we can place our order with others and wait for happiness to arrive at our doorstep. True joy, the kind that sustains us through life's ups and downs, has to come from within.Yes As a person I have come to realise that joy comes from within, the way we experience joy feels different from each other.we individuals get excited about different things.

It is a wonder how uniquely personal joy can be. What makes my heart sing might barely register on someone else happiness meter. For some, it's the thrill of climbing a mountain for others, it's the quiet satisfaction of finishing a book. Some find their joy in loud, crowded spaces, while others discover it in their alone moments of reflection. There's no world wide formula for happiness, and that is why it is actually beautiful.

Learning to form your own joy doesn't mean you are becoming selfish or you stop caring about other people, Instead, it's about understanding that your happiness is your sole responsibility. It's about recognizing and knowing that you can't pour from an empty cup, and that taking care of your own joy actually makes you better equipped and strengthened to share happiness with other persons

The actual path to finding one's source of joy isn't always easy. There surely will be days when external validation still feels tempting, when it's easier to fall back into old patterns of seeking happiness through others. But with each step toward self-sourced joy, you become stronger, more resilient, and more authentically yourself.

So we have to remember that, we are not just capable of generating our own joy, we are designed for it. Our happiness doesn't need to be outsourced, validated, or approved by anyone else. It's ours to discover, cultivate, and celebrate.
