I took a moment to count on all my bosses, well until I stopped being an employee. As expected, with every employer comes different characters and manners of handling things respectively of the job at the time. This of course gave various levels of experiences business-wise and in some life matters too.
Oh! By the way, I've had a total of five bosses from different organizations and settlements, four females and one male. Talking about the male, my work with him was going well until it wasn't and I left before matters slipped out of hand. My first employee was a woman, a disciplinarian in making, nothing outside the usual other than her business being her only concern and wouldn't mind the effect it had on her employees when she deducted five percent from her salary which is sometimes unfair when her reasons were not worth the punishment. I remembered a day a colleague of mine took an excuse
from work on that same day because of her baby’s health and was penalized later for it.
And that was one of many others. I took got my own share too.
The case was different with my third female employer who took things further than the first. It was an Interior Company, She was self-confident and an independent woman which I admired a lot about her with the only issue with the way she goes about looking down on people she feels are below her level, that was her issue.
From the top down to the way she gifted her employees and the few who came around to ask her for favors, follows through with a particular manner of approach at which she communicate and there you find the message of “We’re no mates” from her speech.
Have always thought it was a deliberate attempt and its expectant of everyone around her to get the understanding.
I perfectly could cope with her until she accused me of stealing a million and a half from her and that was when I called it a shot. Her foul attitude was proven the moment she announced to the neighbors and everyone around how I used my salary to feed my family and still had the nerves to leave the job.
My next employer and the one that followed were more than just bosses to me. I remember losing myself one time when a colleague disrespected my last boss whose simplicity was a lift over down to earth for her good.
She had her flaws though just like everyone else but sometimes be a little overbearing. However, her good heart towards humanity was in some way her weakness because so many people ended up taking her for granted and never felt remorseful about it.
All these said are more than it appears and they're all valuable to me, especially with the experiences that come with it. I wouldn't say I know it all but I know what I know and am thankful for the exposure, the bad and good times that come from every one of them.

Thanks for reading through all same❤️
I haven't been accused of stealing ones and I always imagine how far I could go when it happens....we will go to court ooh!
Is it only me that wanted to hear more about the male boss and the details of what happened? I guess no😂
It's good that you see all those experiences positively especially that incident of being accused of stealing, worse!
Honestly some bosses are the worse. I can relate because I've had about 5 of them also in my live and aside from one, the rest were something else.
