MAKING IT IS A MUST

Alot of people have different reasons for pushing theirselves extremely hard even exceeding their limit, it might be for personal gain in some cases, while some cases it might be situations or conditions that lead them to leave their comfort zone and go somewhere far from home in other to hustle and provide for the family. There is another case which is pressure from parent or relative to leave the house, this one is mostly done in an unfriendly matter because you have overstayed your welcome as a capable man staying at home doing nothing productive.

I have seen some folks leaving their comfort zone in search for greener pasture but end up ruining their self in the process and I have also seen those who left and genuinely made it as a result of their efforts, diligence and resilience. There is no shortcut for success regardless of how well you think you played the game. One turning point in my life that left me very determined, resilience and striving to make it was when I was in the university, I had this friend that I met there and even though we were not too close but he influenced me in a positive way and made me see life from a different perspective entirely.

We were discussing one day about alot of things and the issue of school fees payment came and he said there was no need for him to call his parents regarding that because he can pay his school fees by himself. At first I thought he was bragging only for me to figure out later that he was actually telling the truth, because when I saw his portfolio of things he had been doing before even coming to the university, I was surprised and the next question that came out of my mouth was "why are you even in the university", because some of us went there to study a professional course that will help earn us a living while for him, he was already working on starting a company by that time.

We were both there to study civil engineering but this guy was already deep into computing, like graphics design, programming and even animating, which were all generating income for him at a steady pace and at that time he was also working on developing a visual reality game that works with a sensory remote control, making you feel like you are inside the game entirely. I looked at this guy and questioned myself "what have you been doing all this years", "you need to wake up from that slumber of yours" and that was how since that day I told myself that I must must make it in this life regardless of how long it will take as long as I put in more effort, hardwork and be patient, because I want that freedom that comes with doing anything I want when I am financially buoyant and stable.

As we speak today he has already launched the company and by God's grace it's doing well.

Everyone has there time to succeed in life, but when opportunity comes, will you be ready by then?

Work hard and smart, sacrificing your time and pleasure for probably 5 years and then when the results starts showing, you can have that freedom you always wanted that comes with wealth.
