The real housewives of Lagos
This reality show started three years ago the show introduced to me by friends back then in school I never thought the show will be this interesting not until I started watching and it caught my interest. I’m also a big fan of reality tv shows I find them very interesting.
‘’The real housewives of Lagos ’’ are group of successful women who come together as friends for the purpose of the show . Some of the woman are very familiar with each other and some haven’t been in the same space before . The six women who are on the show are Laura ,Carolyn,Adeola , Miriam , Sophie and dabota . in the the first season they are had different group of women who aren’t on the show the only remaining cast members from the first and the second episode is Laura , Miriam and Carolyn although Carolyn refused to be part of the season two but she finally came back for season three .
In season one Laura and Carolyn had a lot of issues one of the main issues was that Laura’s sister who’s a blogger wrote about Carolyn when she had marital issues and Carolyn also mentioned to the other ladies that Laura was pimped because I all these issues the ladies weren’t cool with each other and they even went to far to go physical with each other.
In season this current season (season three) dabota and Carolyn have been giving the drama that the audience want from Dabota’s beach party to girls vacation trip, they have been on each other’s nerves. Carolyn was cool with dabota when the show stared but now in the latest episodes she had a lot to say about dabota . The issues are issues that have to do with Carolyn marriage and how dabota caused her pain during her divorce including dabota’s friend .
The real housewives of Lagos is a very interesting show I watch the show because it’s so entertaining and I admire the fact that young women are doing so well for themselves it’s really a good thing but what I don’t really like is that they bring very sensitive topics and issues to the public . Sooner or later their children will get to see all of that and it may be very painful for them to watch or read about.
When the show started I thought Sophie was going to be the drama but I’m so shocked to see how cool and calm she’s despite the issues she had with dabota she still tried to make peace with her and I’m also very impressed with Miriam timmer she has just been in her own space looking beautiful and avoiding drama .
