There was a time I do that too. But then, you can find your way around it, on my own end, I've stopped it, and also kept it. My nails now look like I fixed, kind of long 😁. And I've grown to love it, even though it's not comfortable at first.

I want my nails to grow back ,but it has been difficult, it seems the nails sef knows I used to chew them, they refused to grow. Until I fix the press on.
