My Thoughts on Rising Star

I have been seeing a lot of people talk about Rising Star on Hive, and honestly, I never paid attention at first. But when I saw how long they have been around and how people earn from it, I decided to check what it is about. Rising Star is basically a music career game that runs on the Hive blockchain. It is a play to earn game where you can make real money and even get NFTs by playing. That sounds like something interesting for anyone who loves music or wants a game that gives you rewards

From my small research, Rising Star is not new. They have been here for years and still active, which already shows they are doing something right. I noticed a lot of Hive Naija members also play the game

I haven’t played yet, but what I find cool is that you start as a new musician trying to grow in your music career. You do music missions, and with time you earn STARBITS which is like the in-game currency. People say you can use STARBITS to buy cards or even sell for Hive, which means you can make real value from playing. That’s one thing that makes blockchain games different from normal games

I also like the idea of cards in the game. I read that there are different types of cards like musicians, instruments, and other things that help you improve your progress. Some gamers even have favorite cards they like to show off, which makes the game look more fun. I think having unique cards also makes it exciting because it is not just about clicking you actually have something to collect or trade

One challenge I think new players might face is understanding how everything works at the start. The game looks simple, but if you don’t know what missions to do first or how to manage energy, it might be confusing. Maybe the tutorial inside the game is helpful, but I feel like Rising Star could do more short guides for new players

To the Rising Star team, I have two questions

1.Do you plan to bring any new features this year that will make the game more interactive for players?
2.Will there be any way for players to do something like live shows or music battles in the future? Because that would make the game super fun

Overall, I think Rising Star is a good way to mix fun with earning. I like that it is connected to music because music is something almost everyone loves. I might even start playing soon just to see how it goes.
