Anyway, I don't have a favourite quote, but a quote I love is "Love yourself first and everything else falls into line" by Lucille Ball.
I love this quote because it just emphasizes on the need to prioritize ourselves. When we love ourselves, there's a lot of things we would do differently. In terms of the choices we make, the people we interact with, the kinds of things we let slide. It's a proof that self love is the first step to retaining any kind of love. Or something like that...

Crazy how something that sounds so easy is what a lot of people struggle with and its affects their choices made in life
I have practiced this over time and I can say how effective it has worked for me. An empty cup as nothing to pour for others. Only when your cup is full then you can pour out for others.
Love yourself first before any other thing.
