One habit I really want to do away with, is, striking my fingers in the name of stretching them to the extent that they make sound like you're frying groundnuts.😁 I unconsciously do it at intervals even in the church, during preaching when everywhere is like a graveyard, the sound of my fingers will just draw people's attention, especially those around me. The next thing is "all eyes on me", It's just embarrassing.
Honestly, I don't know how to stop it. The worst is that my first daughter don take after me. 🤦How do I even caution her?🤷
That's the question, how do you caution her.
😁😁😁, I'm sorry I laughed o. It's funny somehow 🤣.
But then, maybe you should start to wear gloves like this o,cos we can't ask you to cut ur fingers 🤌 away. Or keep you hand in your pocket at all times ✌️, you can as well try to always keep your hands filled or busy with something.
I don't think that will work oooo 😅😂. On my part sha.
Cracking my knuckles is one of my numerous habits too. If not for the fact that I came across an article talking about how the act weakens the finger bones and joints, I never would have wished to stop it 😌.
The thing is that, when I don't crack my knuckles, it kinda makes my fingers feel heavier and even different like they don't belong to me. I don't even know how to explain it nii 😅

I can totally relate with this. Mine started all thanks to my big brother. When I'm asleep and he intends to wake me up, he will simply get hold of my fingers and crack my knuckles one after the other and the next second, my eyes would fly open, lol.
I've never thought of it as a bad habit but I'm very much aware it's a habit sha cause it's among the first three things I do when I wake up and continues through the day.
🤣🤣 you even have an accomplice 🤣
Honestly, I used to think it's a form of exercise and the reason my fingers are long, lol. But it has become a part of me, cos I do it countless times a day.
