Good day everyone, it is an opportunity to be among the living and a privilege to be participating in this contest, I would be picking the contest topic that says: physical health tips that can improve a life that are mostly ignored by people.
These tips I would be sharing here is something I engage in or would I even say it is something I do on daily basis and it definitely improve some ones life, makes it easier to live life and gives you a comfortable living. Some times people have crisis on daily basis or even break down eventually because they don't even know how to help make their life better so I would be listing out things that I did that have helped me, some of them might be known to you or might not be known to you stay tuned as you scroll with me.
I would first be going with this tip "breathing in and breathing out" make this your practice to be breathing in and breathing out these is like an exercise that you engage in when you are anxious, lost what to say you engage in breathing in and out, it helps alot especially when you feel your words choking you or you have forgotten what to say, sometimes learn to breathe in and breathe out inorder to calm your nerves and you would see that it helps to bring you from the unconscious to a conscious state.
Of course we all know about hydration and drinking plenty of water but we don't always follow up with it, so this is much like a reminder to us to always stay hydrated by taking lots of water because it has so many effect in our body, it helps the skin glow infact it is one of the process for a skin care routine that is for those on a skin care routine, it help in activating your body system when you want to start a day, it also helps in quenching your taste and lot more, so remember to always stay hydrated inorder to avoid dizziness ahead of the day, take a cup of water before putting any other thing in your mouth.
Ensure to take your sleeping schedules seriously, God created sleep for rest to fulfill many reasons even Him rested on the seventh day so rest is mandated for us all, after every struggles, all the hustle and the stress we pass through in the day we ought to rest by sleeping. Sleeping helps relax our body system it even helps in the digestion of our food because atimes it is when we relax that digestion takes place, some times most of us get engage doing other things when we are suppose to rest during the night, the body can not carry that stress for too long that is why rest is important.
Highlighting my three points for more clarity which are: stay hydrated by the intake of enough water, practice the act of breathing in and breathing out inorder to help you adjust and get enough rest, practice these and get a comfortable, living with ease and health life.
