Sha, rhymes made school fun back then, whether they had educative lyrics or not we never cared, there was just that energy they carry that brings hope and joy.

My favorite rhyme then was

Paw-paw is a kind of fruit,
Pawpaw is a kind of fruit,
Sweet like sugar,
Yellow like fanta,
Everybody likes pawpaw.
Paw..paw.

Pawpaw gives us energy,
E..gy, gy, gy.
E..gy, gy, gy, gy.
E.. gy, ey, gy...
