Hello 🤗 Distinguish!!!, it feels so good to join this week's Hive Naija Weekly Prompts. The week's topic is really an interesting one which i would not want to be left out but rather share my part of lessons.
This week, I reflect well on how my views on life have so evolved and as well also recall the craziest thing i’ve ever done on a dare. These very moments shape who I become today, teaching me lessons about true courage, responsibility, and the importance of always making wise choices.

How Has My Perspective on Life Changed Over Time?
While Growing up, I sincerely believed life to be just so simple. Go to school, get the good grades, and then everything else would definitely fall into place. But as I matured up day after days, I then realized that life is definitely not just about passing those exams; it’s about always learning survival skills, taking those responsibility, and making sacrifices for a good and better future.
One of my major turning point was when I did started my fashion business while also rearing pigs to help raise funds and as well planing to undertake exams for my Undergraduate program I'm eunni currently. It was not so easy, but then I knew that if at all I stayed really focused and consistent, I could definitely achieve my dreams and help support my family. So Life is about the patience, hard work, and then making the right choices at the right time. And this definitely how my life's perspective changes from before.
The Craziest Dare I Have Ever Done
Looking back to my days, one of the so wildest things I ever did on a dare was during my teenage years with friends. My friends and I were actually at a village event, and then someone dared me to climb a very tall coconut tree 🌴 and shake it until some coconut fruits fell. At first, I really laughed, thinking it was only a joke. But when they all started cheering me on, my pride wouldn’t let me say no to them. And this someone I have not done before, neither have I tried climbing a coconut 🥥 tree.
So when Looking back now, I sincerely realize how foolish that very dare was. I could have been at some point seriously injured or even worse and they was a chance to walk away. It truely taught me an important lesson to never let peer pressure push me into taking any unnecessary risks. Though Dares can be fun, but again they should never put our lives in any sort of danger.
Life is so full of changes and pure lessons. As we do grow, our perspective always shifts, and then we begin to understand what truly matters to us. Responsibilities as well teaches us to be wiser, and experiences help shape our decisions. At the same time too, while it is good to always take on challenges, we must always try to think carefully before doing anything risky.
Every of our experiences, whether good or bad, perhaps do helps us become better. The key is to really stay focused, work so hard, and always make great choices that will help us and those we do love and care about. Life is definitely not just about living for today but it so about planning for a better tomorrow.

Thankfully you have done some reflection and know that the dare could have gone horribly sideways. The fact that you did it just made me realise why men typically die younger than their wives😅😅
Anyways, if something has gone wrong, I'm sure your friends that were cheering you would take you to the hospital
University really doesn't automatically yield to success, you will have to diversify. It's really impressive that you are into fashion wow running a pig farm wow. And thankfully you didn't fall from that coconut tree 😀. Hard work and consistency really pays off. I really enjoyed this read and smiled
As the first child, there's a lot of responsibilities on your shoulders and you just have to carry them perfectly. Shout out to you.
Thanks 🙏 a lot.
