My Hive Experience Ugrade

Saying my Hive experience got better, not just writing or commenting but engaging with more people especially on weekends that was supposed to be a boring one and just stay glued to my phone, was as a result of the sam.hangout weekend initiative.
Having a gathering of Nigerians and getting to engage with different people from different states in Nigeria has been great, meeting new people every weekend.

Among all topics for discussion, there are actually these two that I loved so much which is Childhood Rhymes and Favourite Frontend and I'm fighting hard right now within me on which one to talk about first.

Talking about childhood rhymes was like a spark of enraged fire that sparked people in commenting like a bot.
Everyone were reminded of the old times and childhood memories from the rhymes we sang right and the ones we actually sang rubbish until we grew up to know the actual way of singing it.
An instance was a rhyme of STANDARD LIVING of which we do sing back then as SANDA LILY SANDA LILY, lol. Like, who would have known back then that we were singing rubbish alongside mentioning our desired careers that mostly didn't end up working out with our teachers not correcting us.

Though there are no reasons for backing out or forgetting one's life dreams but in the end of it all, some are just like childhood fantasies until main reality comes showing up.

So many other rhymes too were mentioned that I can't even remember from Johnbull my son to HIPOPOTAMUS to Twinkle Twinkle little star to Roll roll roll your boat and many more which made the weekend a fun one.

Another memorable one was when we talked on our favorite frontend on Hive and people talked about PeakD, ecency, INLEO.
I was introduced to Hive using PeakD and it had always been my go to frontend but seeing people dropping their comments about ecency made me thought about trying it out someday and luckily an hive friend also mentioned it to me again, so I just had to take a move in downloading the mobile app.

Since then, I've been randomly using the three frontends to write my Hive posts and I could say the only feature I'm still trying to get on ecency is the part to set beneficiaries but other than that it's been cool.

Truly, I had friends from discord that we meet together to buzz the weekend Hangout together but I would say that the new friends out of discord that I was able to make friends with and have conversations from the weekend Hangout were @ozd @beckyroyal and @yemmy that I can remember right now.
Becky and Ozd would always be preparing an invisible weekend table of food that someone won't get to see let alone eating from and Yemmy was so lost like me getting to the last weekend post and meeting 900+ comments if I'm not mistaken, lol.

I've also been able to invite @hamokstitches @officialdenkay and one other new Hive user which I can't get to remember her username at the moment, to come getting some weekend fun and I've only been able to refer just DenKay to the hangout discord.
