In life we all try our best to live in a way that we can avoid mistakes, but the more we try the more we keep making some mistakes. The truth is , no matter how you try, there are some things that you will do and at a point, you regret doing them, and there are somethings that you would have done and you either didn't do them for various reasons or you purposely didn't want to do them. Things like these makes us regret later .
My own case is what I failed to do during my service year. That was learning a skill. Like the whole one year, I spend it in serving my country alone without investing in skill acquisition. At times I just sit back and ask myself why I didn't look for one skill and learn, at least for one year I would have learn a particular thing and then continue to advance it after service , if I didn't complete. Because in today's world and couple with the way this country is going, skill is one thing that everyone must have so as to help as a side hustle. But I thank God even after service, I didn't relent effort, I still tired my best to learn so stuffs that has helped me to some extent in life.
Another thing that I would have done but I didn't do on time, was starting savings and investment on time. At that time o use to hear people talk about it but I never really took it seriously. Another thing that I regret not doing is, mining Ethereum that year when it started. At least I knew a friend who use to talk about it some years ago , but still I didn't understand anything crypto and I didn't want to give time to learn it, but just imagine I had devoted time to learn it that year and also had to Ethereum stored for me.
So let's always try our best to ensure that we avoid procrastination , then do what we need to eo on time to avoid regret.

The regret of not gaining a single skill throughout university is one that many graduates find difficult to let go of. I advise people to move on and do what they still can with the present but posts like this should always exist for the young ones to enable them make better choices.
PS: Please, take more time to read and correct the many errors in your posts properly so if it's chosen to be supported by the hangout, there will be no second guessing. Have a lovely day.
Wow, thanks so much for the input and thsbks
This is honest and very relatable. The truth is, regret doesn’t come because we failed, it comes because we delayed. But the fact that you’ve started learning and improving now means you’ve already corrected what matters most. In life, starting late is far better than not starting at all.
Sure, starting late is far better than not stsrtin
You have learned your mistakes, and I love the fact that you admit to that, it never too late to try. You can start now. Thanks for sharing.
