Consistency with a Comma: Navigating Hive’s Rewards and Realities.

Huhm, this week's topic happens to be a very deep and thoughtful one, it is one that forces one to sit and really think things out, like... Why am I really still here on hive. Is it for the rewards or is it that hive has become a home for you...?

Now, personally hive has become a home away from home for me, so even if it stops paying I can't stop being here. I come here each and everyday, I mean countless times a day to read, engage, blog, connect, learn and all.. and all of this has now become a part of me, a part of my life. And honestly, I can't see myself leaving hive totally.

And the truth as well needs to be said, hive with no rewards won't be in any way easy, that is for sure. And even though I know this is the reality of some of us if not most of us, I will like to just make it personal; hive has helped me a lot financially and is still helping me to an extent. So, I can't deny that I will feel the effects of no more rewards. Even when the price of hive fell, and hive stopped rewarding in hbd, we all felt it, it wasn't easy, some even stopped blogging entirely, not to talk of if its rewards stop totally.

Like I said earlier, I will still be here, just that there will be a comma now, which is that if hive stops rewarding, I will still be around to read posts, engage with various authors that are still staying, connect, make blog post as well, the comma there is that, I won't be as consistent as before anymore. Reason being that, hive has what is doing in my life financially, and when it stops rewarding then those parts its rewards helps me to fill and cover would be out, and I would need to find another means/way to make money.

What I'm saying in essence is that, I will still be here, because I've come to love hive, just that I won't be as consistent as I am now....
