I'm glad you feel a little better and have resumed your toga exercises, you do very well to regulate the activity to avoid injury
The stoic meditations are very interesting, without a doubt focusing on what one is doing with one's life and rethinking improvements is ideal for living better

For me, the stoic meditations are the best therapy I can have. The most surprising part is that all the work is done by me, like a psycho process but with wise ancient men instead of a psychologist. 😁
