RE: Tomando la vida por el otro asa // Taking life by the other handle

This reflection really hit home home so many of us can relate the feeling of repeating the same patterns, even when they no longer to serve us. The honesty about stubbornness and the struggle to change refreshing and comforting, especially when paired with the realization that we have the power to choose differently. I love how you highlight the importance of asking ourselves who truly benefits from our actions-it's such a simple but powerful check-in. And the shift from waiting for things to improve to taking action yourself is incredibly empowering. it's a gentle reminder that growth doesn't have to be dramatic-it's start with small. conscious choices.

That’s the point! What we do and think in our ordinary days is what builds our lives. These reflective writings resonate because we all think in our minds but only some of us need to get it out there to serve as a healing exercise. And to receive responses like yours is wonderful because you further enrich what I tried to express. Thank you. 🙏
