It was a weekend and I woke up feeling a little weak and lazy in my newly moved-in apartment. The room was spacious and well ventilated. Sunlight streamed in through the window, and I instantly fell in love with my new space. It felt way better than my former apartment which was stuffy and poorly lit.

After gathering some energy, I got up and went straight into the business of the day, setting up and arranging my room to my taste.

I started by creating a special space on the wall for two unique wallpapers I had gotten. One was for the parlour and the other for the bedroom. The wallpaper meant for the parlour had a nature-inspired design. I thought it wise to paste it there to give the space a fresh, energising, and nature-loving feel.

The bedroom wallpaper had a calm, warm, and relaxed vibe. It was perfect for creating that peaceful atmosphere a bedroom should have. I carefully placed it where my eyes could always catch a glimpse of it, a constant reminder that I am home, safe, and meant to unwind.

Since I had already handled the more demanding tasks the day before, I didn’t have too much to do. I simply arranged a few items, washed up what needed cleaning, swept the floor, and finally placed my air freshener in a strategic spot to enhance the freshness and calmness of the room.

Era un fin de semana y me desperté sintiéndome un poco débil y perezoso en mi recién estrenado apartamento. La habitación era espaciosa y bien ventilada. La luz del sol entraba por la ventana y, al instante, me enamoré de mi nuevo espacio. Se sentía mucho mejor que mi antiguo apartamento, que era sofocante y mal iluminado.

Después de reunir algo de energía, me levanté y fui directo al asunto del día: organizar y arreglar mi habitación a mi gusto.

Empecé creando un espacio especial en la pared para dos papeles tapiz únicos que había conseguido. Uno era para la sala y el otro para el dormitorio. El papel tapiz destinado a la sala tenía un diseño inspirado en la naturaleza. Me pareció adecuado colocarlo allí para darle al espacio una sensación fresca, energizante y amante de la naturaleza.

El papel tapiz del dormitorio tenía un estilo tranquilo, cálido y relajado. Era perfecto para crear esa atmósfera pacífica que debe tener una habitación. Lo coloqué cuidadosamente donde mis ojos pudieran verlo siempre, un recordatorio constante de que estoy en casa, seguro y listo para relajarme.

Como ya había realizado las tareas más exigentes el día anterior, no tenía mucho que hacer. Simplemente acomodé algunos objetos, lavé lo que necesitaba limpieza, barrí el piso y finalmente coloqué mi ambientador en un lugar estratégico para mejorar la frescura y la calma del ambiente.
