Happy father's day 💃🕺

Hello wonderful people it is such an opportunity to be here, I never knew there was a platform like this until some introduced me to it recently and I would say it is a privilege to be among great minds plus this is my first time posting here so I would be needing a warm welcome from you all, I guess the week just begun but it started from Sunday which was yesterday which is where I would be taking you all to today, fasten you belts as you read with me.

Yesterday was a blessed Sunday as many occasions were celebrated in church but the one big celebration that triggered my spirit is father's day celebration, all of us do have a Father whether alive or in heaven, where guardian or foster father so I would say the effects of father's in our lives can not be talked about in just a write up, the church was so big on the celebration that we even sang a song for father's who were standing on the podium facing us and I saw the excitement on all the faces, we usually adore mother's on many occasions that we barely do that for father's so a big shout out to my Dad 💃💃 , yea I know right 😁 let me tell you why I acknowledging him this far.

My dad has always been present in my life, he is my friend some times when I want to praise him I call him my first man friend because actually he is, even though some times he is strict which when I was younger I saw that as him been wicked 😂 because I mean children are always children but growing up those strictness gave birth to this rare germ, I see him sacrifice alot for the family and he hardly thinks about himself in the process, when he talks I see pride for all his children in those words, infact he did not wanted me going to a school that is really far from home because he always thought of our safety and bonding together.

The one amusing thing that I can not get off my mind which my father often do is staying hungry for us to eat first, his statement were always like "when my children eat I have eaten, when they are satisfied I am always satisfied" when we were much younger there was a day when the food which was prepared was not the usual amount it was a bit lesser so they shared it and unfortunately my dad plate was lesser because he has instructed earlier that it should be shared like that but seeing my own food was bigger than his I thought to reduce it for him but he bluntly refused that the food on his plate was okay for him like that which was actually not true because I know the size of his belly what he can consume but that act moved me and after much sacrifices he has made my sole aim in life pursuit he to make him proud.

My learning and unlearning, my working and schooling at the same time is actually to reduce the stress on him and even spoil him silly I know that eventually in life I would be able to take care of him properly and give him a comfortable life but right now am actually doing the best I can do to support. My mother actually have a great influence on me but since the spot lights is on father's day I would rather not go through that, so to all the father's out there who have and are sacrificing for their families, to all the father who were satisfied watching us eat in happiness I use this medium to say God would never forget those sacrifices and He who watches over us would bless you and keep you all to eat the fruits of your labours, you would not labour in your children for another person to eat their fruits you would be alive to eat it.
