During our visit to our in-laws in Puntacruz, Bohol, we caught our grandmother just as she was starting to bring things out to decorate the traditional family Christmas tree. And even though it is currently October, the Christmas season is already evident at our in-laws' house, thanks to the displayed Christmas lights, Santa Claus figures, and especially the traditional family tree. Hello everyone especially to the active lovely members of @hiveph Community it's me again @clarabels How are you this wonderful Thursday I hope you're all good, spread some love 🫶 for today's blog, I am excited to share with you all about our traditional family Christmas tree here at Puntacruz Bohol. let's go ❤️

You can see in the picture how excited my cousin is while decorating the Christmas tree, especially when placing the star at the very top❤️.

This is the setup I prepared for the Christmas Tree. I bought these decorations last year, and we really intend to improvised it to make the tree look better and more colorful much like the bond we share as a big family.

While we were assembling the Christmas tree, our toddler was really drawn to the star and the ornaments. She even wanted to help hang the Christmas balls☺️ and My husband had to carry him, though, because if we let her loose, she’d just cause a bit of a ruckus😆.

My brother in-law also pitched in to help, he had just finished putting up Christmas lights outside our in-laws house, and you could see how excited everyone is for December hehe. I’m glad we visited our in-laws because we really enjoyed assembling and decorating, especially since our toddler was also delighted and happy with the ornaments.

And these are the final results of decorating and assembling our traditional family Christmas tree. We call it our family Christmas tree because, around the second week of October, we start hanging our wishlist on it.

We call it our "traditional family Christmas tree" because my husband, aunts, uncles, and I make a concerted effort to fulfill the wish list of our cousins, grandparents, and the children that is why the kids are really looking forward to this December especially the parlor games and the random mystery prizes they will receive this coming Christmas. And of course, the "season of giving" is evident every day in our big family. it may not be extravagant, but being together makes it truly worthwhile, and you can really feel the warmth of a family🫶.

And that's it for now. Thanks for taking time reading my blog today 😊 this means a lot to me and see you on my next blog. bye☺️
