Apreciados amigos de esta maravillosa comunidad, reciban un cordial saludo por parte de esta humilde servidora, es para mi un gusto poder estar nuevamente por acá con ustedes.

Dear friends of this wonderful community, please accept my humble greetings. It is a pleasure to be here with you again.

Al celebrarse hoy el día de la familia, me gustaría compartir con ustedes como ha cambiado mi vida desde que tengo familia propia, es decir desde que formé mi propia familia con mi esposo.

As we celebrate Family Day today, I'd like to share with you how my life has changed since I started a family of my own—since I started my own family with my husband.

Cuando pertenecemos a nuestra familia de raíz, esa que crearon nuestros padres para nosotros, no llegamos ni a imaginar todo lo que nos espera el día que nos toque formar nuestra propia familia y las responsabilidades que esto acarrea.

When we belong to our root family, the one our parents created for us, we can't even imagine everything that awaits us the day we form our own family and the responsibilities that this entails.

Y es que es hasta ese momento en el que
caemos en cuenta de lo importante que es ese paso en nuestras vidas y el cambio qué experimentaremos en ese etapa

And it is only at that moment that we realize how important this step is in our lives and the change we will experience at that stage.

En mi opinión personal el primer paso para tener éxito a la hora de amar una familia es saber escoger a la persona con la que quieres hacerlo, pues en muchas ocasiones esta decisión no es la acertada y todo lo que un día soñamos se convierte en una verdadera pesadilla, por tal motivo el noviazgo y la etapa de conocer bien a esa persona juega un papel fundamental dentro de este proceso.

In my personal opinion, the first step to success when it comes to loving a family is knowing how to choose the person you want to do it with, because in many cases this decision is not the right one and everything we once dreamed of turns into a real nightmare, for this reason courtship and the stage of getting to know that person well plays a fundamental role in this process.

En mi caso tuve una relación larga y estable con mi esposo, un noviazgo de 7 años que nos permitió interactuar y compartir momentos de todo tipo que nos permitieron darmos cuenta de que queríamos formar un hogar juntos, para esto necesitamos una gran madurez y sobretodo la convicción de que queríamos compartir nuestras vidas y crear una familia.

In my case, I had a long and stable relationship with my husband, a 7-year courtship that allowed us to interact and share all kinds of moments that allowed us to realize that we wanted to form a home together. For this, we need great maturity and, above all, the conviction that we wanted to share our lives and create a family.

Por otro lado también es importante no permitir que nuestras experiencias anteriores afecten la creación de nuestra familia, es decir, si venimos de familias disfuncionales, padres divorciados en la que no tuvimos una figura paterna o materna y tratar en lo posible de no repetir patrones que sabemos el daño que nos causan y pueden llegar a causar a nuestra familia.

On the other hand, it is also important not to allow our previous experiences to affect the creation of our family, that is, if we come from dysfunctional families, divorced parents in which we did not have a paternal or maternal figure, and try as much as possible not to repeat patterns that we know the harm they cause us and can cause to our family.

Por ejemplo mi esposo nunca convivió con su padre, creció solo con su mamá y esto no ha sido impedimento para que sea el mejor padre para nuestras hijas y les dé todo el cariño y atención que ellas necesitan para crecer sanas y queridas.

For example, my husband never lived with his father; he grew up alone with his mother, and this has not prevented him from being the best father to our daughters and giving them all the love.

Hoy en día puedo decir que ha sido de las mejores decisiones que he tomado, tenemos una familia completa con 2 hermosas hijas que llegaron a fortalecer nuestro amor y a completar este maravilloso ciclo que un dia soñamos y que son la razon por la cual nos propusimos mantenernos de pie juntos y darles ese maravilloso ejemplo de lo que es un hogar feliz en el que reina el entendimiento, la comunicación, pero sobretodo el amor.

Today I can say that it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. We have a complete family with two beautiful daughters who have come to strengthen our love and complete this wonderful cycle that we once dreamed of. They are the reason why we decided to stand together and give them that wonderful example of what a happy home is, where understanding, communication, but above all, love reigns.

Agradezco a Dios haber bendecido mi vida con esta gran familia y le pido nos acompañe siempre y nos de la fortaleza para continuar unidos y felices.

I thank God for blessing my life with this great family, and I ask that He always accompany us and give us the strength to continue being united and happy.

De esta manera ponemos fin a este artículo del dia de hoy en el que quise enaltecer y hacer un pequeño homenaje a esa familia que formamos con esfuerzo y dedicación y a la que queremos a mantener de pie hasta que Dios nos lo Permita o hasta que nuestras hijas sean grandes e independientes y puedan formar su propia familia.

This concludes today's article, in which I wanted to praise and pay a small tribute to the family we formed with effort and dedication, and which we want to keep going until God allows us to, or until our daughters are grown and independent and can start their own families.
