A Touching And Heartwarming Day! My Husband Cooked Our Favorite Meals!💕

Hello everyone!👋😊 Hello to all of my friends here and of course to all my dear fellow hivers in this lovely @filipinosofhive community! How are you all today? I hope everyone is doing well and happy right now. Here I am again, @lj1728 to share another simple life story with you all.💕

Yesterday, I woke up a little late since it was finally weekend. Everyone at home already knows that weekends are my only chance to catch up on sleep because I wake up very early for work on weekdays. It felt so nice not to rush and just enjoy the quiet morning.

I was gently woken up by my husband because he had already prepared our lunch. It was just the three of us at home, me, my husband, and our son. Since my father and my mother went out on a Valentine’s date in the City. I thought that was so cute and sweet of them.

What made my day even more special was the meal my husband cooked. He prepared our favorite dishes like chicken lumpia, fried tofu, and tofu soup. He did everything by himself. He even cooked shiritaki rice for me because he knows I no longer eat regular rice as I am trying to lose some weight. That simple act meant so much to me. It showed how supportive and thoughtful he is.

We were so happy eating together, sharing stories and laughing. It may have been a simple lunch at home, but it felt full of love. Truly, it was such a touching and heartwarming day.
