Chewy, Crispy, and Soft Baked Products We Made On The On-Going Training for Bread and Pastry Production NCII

Hello hivers, how’s everyone doing?
It’s been a while that I haven’t posted a blog due to my uncle’s situation and I was the one who took care of him for the past few months as he was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5, and other illnesses which I need to pay attention with him. However, due to many complications, he didn’t make it and this January 31, he joined the creator that made our family in grieved. So, it’s like it affected my mental health too that’s why, I chose to replenish first in order for me to focus on what’s the best, and continue my blogging here.
Today, I want to share with you the baked products we baked last week on the on-going training for the National Assessment NCII in Bread and Pastry Production. We started on March 09, 2026 and will be last on April 15, 2026.

We made butter cookies.

Macapuno Tarts and Sweet Potato Tarts. I like the taste of it and the crust is crispy.

We made other recipes too but I didn't take photos of them since I mostly put off my phone during the laboratory area that's why I have few photos taken only. This week, we will be having our last training then our final assessment. I hope I can pass the National Assessment.
