Inspiration don't you just love it?
Well today's inspiration comes from my fellow moderator @asiaymalay and we were both discussing how lucky we were!
So today we are having three songs with lucky in the title!
I mean it was lucky we talked about lucky right?
After all, I believe we generally make our own luck...
It is Tuesday and that of course means that it's #ttt or #threetunetuesday and so it's time to share some tunes with you!

I will be honest and say they were before my time, so I only know of them after their heyday.

Rumour has is that the producers Stock Aitken Waterman (SAW) forgot Kylie was due to arrive in London from Australia, so they wrote the entire track in a panicked 40 minutes while she waited outside the studio. Mike Stock wrote the lyrics based on the idea that despite her success and talent, she must be "unlucky in love." She recorded the vocals in under an hour and flew straight back to Melbourne!
I remember her from the Aussie soap opera Neighbours where she was a little car mechanic, so I Have always been Team Kylie!
I should be so lucky
Lucky, lucky, lucky
This is the catchy line that plays in my head when I think of lucky!

What a great selection of songs today, very well done! I've not heard "Lucky Star" in years now, I forgot just how good Madonna was back on her first album. And Kylie, I've not heard that one in decades...

It was interesting both Madonna and Kylie tunes were from the debut albums. That for me was when Madonna was at her best.
Well we had a storm the last couple of days, so was absolutely chucking it down. Mrs T has started a YouTube channel, well she announced at 9.50pm on Sunday a couple of weeks ago that she wanted to do vlogmas, meaning post one video a day as from the next day, so all of December. She had not even made a channel, so lol been making channels and other social media accounts and learning how to edit videos lol.
All fun and a great break from Hive. Part of it will be about being an American in Scotland and I think it is turning into a bit of a comedy lol . Now it is time to get marketing!

I'm on Team Madonna; even when I was young, I dressed like her. So her song is my favorite. Next would be Kylie Minogue, although I lost track of her. An excellent song and a good selection. Here in Venezuela, there's a saying that if you're lucky in gambling, you can't be lucky in love, and vice versa. Hugs, lucky guy. 🍀

My favorite is The Verve tune "Lucky Man". I love it. ❤️ It's a strong song.

Kylie was in a recent show over here in the US. She didn't have a big part, but it was funny. She was kind of making fun of herself which was cool. I think the show was called The Residence. Earlier Madonna is one of my favorites. After Ray of Light I kind of lost track.
Yeah Madonna was good at the beginning. Like so many artists, I go off them after a couple of albums lol. Kylie is fun and was forever appearing on charity shows over and was always game for a laugh which I think made her such a household name here.
Sometimes they just get really weird as they get older... Unlike you and I!
