Memoir Monday #36 My recurring dreams.

I don't have a lot of dreams and when I do, I struggle to remember much of them. I find I only dream if I eat late at night and then it is only for a few minutes just before I wake up or at least that is the only bit I can remember.

I did not really think of them a recurring dreams but I suppose thinking about it they are all base around the same subject "work" Always different people, places and situations but all some how connect to work conflict.

Trying to think about it all makes me think work was probably the main place that gave me dramas and wound me up. I though I was usually pretty good at letting it all go and soon as I got home. I think the only reason that I put up with all the work problems was to finance a good and better life at home. I usually tried to just look at work problems as entertainment but I suppose it does not take much for it to get under my skin.

Maybe the way I always push on and reframe means things mean some how these things are still in my head and resurface as dreams.

At work there was never really any major problems, just endless discussions and disagreements about the smallest trivial things and that is what my dreams seem to be. Dramas and confits of nothing, even dreaming two people saying the same thing but in different ways with different words and it some how ends up as a problem. Sort of like politics, just having to have the last word and doing it there way, even if it was the same as what was already been said.

Anyway always having my dreams pretty much about nothing with no major problems means I should be sleeping peacefully tonight.
