Hello, Smart Old Souls (SOS)! I hope that everyone is in the pink of health and enjoying their weekend with family and friends.
Summertime emanates a kaleidoscope of endless hues, sprinkled in floral perfume and bathed in pure sunlight.
When I decided to concentrate on creating content on Hive in 2021, I was a bit discouraged because I saw broken hearts in my posts it was because my account was compromised sometime in 2020 and my earnings were stolen in a big way value too. I was about to stop writing and posting content on Hive until my friend @chrisrice, who is also my townmate reached out to me and gave me advice and helped me to solve the problem. To make the story short, the problem was solved and I resumed posting content but not a long post yet. I joined the micro-blogging community because, at that time my son was still alive and I was then busy with my two online jobs which were offered to me by my son's medical sponsor. I posted content about Mother's Day where I met @samsmith1971 and @wrestlingdesires virtually and introduced me to this amazing community, the #SilverBloggers where I might like to publish my content.
These are my few articles on #SilverBloggers:
Remembering The Three Gentlemen In My Life: My Bossom Buddies
Due to several unanticipated events, my demanding online job, my vertigo, and my bedridden son who was physically as well as intellectually challenged while he was still alive, I temporarily ceased publishing articles on Hive.
Please tell us in a blog how you heard about the Silver Bloggers, why you chose our community for some of your blogs, and what keeps you coming back for more.
For the time being, I am a spectator who enjoys reading your articles and tries to engage as well. Someday, I aim to be a part of this community and partake in the fun. I can share my blogs, read fantastic articles, and engage in sensible conversations. What else does anyone are interested in? #SB is constantly open to new adventures, which is why I enjoy these individuals of Smart Old Souls (SOS).
Godspeed,
@diosarich ππ·
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son @diosarich, and of course we totally understand why you've not had the desire (and time) to participate much.
Take care of yourself and make time to "smell the roses", in your instance those beautiful orchids!
Thank you for participating π
Thank you very much, @lizelle, for your kind and encouraging words. I really appreciate that. Losing a child is tough, especially if you raised him alone for 24 years. Some say my exaggerated displays of pain are uncalled for. They were in complete ignorance of how hard it hit and how much I'm breaking.βΉοΈ
That is so cruel to question a mother's grief at the loss of a child. That is the worst kind of loss!
Losing my husband last year was the most awful loss I've experienced, almost a year and I'm still struggling, we were married for 48 years.
My Mom lost 2 sons, both unexpected, and she never got over that.
All one can do is to live one day at a time.
Hugs to you @diosarichπ€
