We are now on our 11th week in the MemeHive Curation Contest. Many things have changed since the day we started this weekly event. Not only have our criteria and rewards evolved, but we also see new meme creators and curators participating in this curation contest. That, to me, is a healthy sign.

Before giving the timeline, allow me to give a few updates about the current status of the three tokens involved in this game.

MEME

Checking @memehive's blog, I observed two important updates. The first one is about the MemeHive community frontend. Compared to many frontends on Hive that had been active in the past but are no longer working this time, we are assured that the MemeHive frontend will continue to work until 21 April 2026. How I wish other frontends on Hive, like proofofbrain.io and centblog.org could also renew their domains and could provide similar assurance.

The second update is about power-up day. I am not sure if LEO Power Up Day is still active. As for both HIVE and CENT, yes, the days for power-up continue, every 1st day of the month in the case of HIVE and 10th in the case of CENT. Now, surprisingly, meme tokens like MEME and PEPE also have their own power-up days. Every 26th in the case of MEME. So we still have 10 days left before the power-up day. As for PEPE, I have to check whether it's once a month or weekly every Friday.

PEPE

Except for power-up day, one token related to PEPE caught my attention this week—$PPDLR!

Even though I don't completely understand the tokenomics of PEPE, just for fun, I tested the PPDLR:PEPE pool using the available tokens in my Hive Engine wallet. Since this account is primarily preoccupied with MEME, I utilized my alternative account for my stakes in PEPE.

Using @arcelcalvin9's account, I intend to maintain a second position among the liquidity providers in the PPDLR:PEPE pool.

PAY

In my conversation with @antisocialist last 26 May, I came to realize that PAY is the token used to reward content using #politics. I observe that tdvtv remains an active poster in the Politics community. As for @antisocialist, the reason why he included PAY in the curation contest is to have wider distribution of the token.
