Arrêt des médicaments
Aujourd'hui, nous prévoyons de prendre un nouveau rendez-vous avec notre médecin pour discuter de la possibilité d'arrêter notre traitement actuel ou d'en avoir un autre.
Les médicaments que nous prenons actuellement sont assez puissants, et bien qu'ils aient réussi à éliminer toutes les douleurs, ils ont également engourdi toutes les sensations dans notre corps.
Ce matin, notre organisme a rejeté les médicaments, et je vous épargne les détails sur les symptômes de rejet.
Depuis lors, nous avons une légère migraine. Ironiquement, nous pourrions prendre un médicament pour soulager la douleur à la tête, mais cela semble être une solution peu judicieuse. Nous préférons donc attendre un peu et laisser passer cette gêne, car elle est supportable.
En conséquence, nous allons simplement nous asseoir tranquillement et nous regarder une série ou autre chose. Une fois que la migraine aura disparu, nous essaierons de manger un peu, en espérant qu'il n'y ait pas de rejet cette fois-ci.
D'autre part, nous avons l'impression que la semaine s'est écoulée rapidement depuis que nous avons réduit notre temps de travail. C'est étrange de constater que nous avons l'impression de n'avoir rien fait, mais le temps a passé plus vite que lors de nos journées de travail habituelles.
Nous avons hâte de trouver le bon médicament avec le bon dosage, afin de ne plus ressentir de douleurs dans nos jambes, sans subir de rejets ou d'autres effets secondaires tels que des maux de tête ou des problèmes d'estomac, etc.
Si c'est pour avoir d'autres problèmes de santé en plus, autant ne rien faire. Depuis ce matin, la seule chose qui soulage un peu notre migraine est de se tenir sous une douche chaude, mais nous ne voulons pas gaspiller l'eau non plus. Nous n'avons pas une richesse infinie, et nous avons aussi une conscience écologique .

C'est pas facile les douleurs chroniques, je te conseille de consulter un "centre anti-douleurs", il doit y en avoir un peu partout, rattachés à un hôpital.
Ils feront le point avec toi et te proposeront peut être des alternatives, soit en adaptant les médicaments en partenariat avec ton médecin, soit en envisageant d'autres approches comme l'acupuncture, l'ergothérapie, etc...

Si tu as eu un rejet médicamenteux, avant de reprendre une nouvelle dose : appelle ton médecin traitant pour avoir son avis d'expert ...
