I think it's still a small world, most people who are in it already have enough SPS and there just aren't that many people outside looking to buy more.
I think we've got a window (hopefully) in winter and early spring when it's time to stack SPS!

Hmm, it depends. I think Matt understands that and pushes hard on SPS block validators and this front. Once this is set up, a new category of interested parties will get involved - validators + stakers for governance votes.
