Un punto muy importante de este juego es sin duda los edificios, y justamente por ser de los mas importantes es que puede ser un poco confuso entender para que sirve cada uno y en que afecta a tu equipo, esas preguntas son las que voy a responder en esta publicación así que ¡bienvenidos!

¿Para que sirven los edificios en Rabona?
Los edificios en Rabona son nueve en total. Cada uno de ellos afecta un aspecto diferente en tu equipo, bien sea generar ingresos económicos, ampliar el Estadio y sus adyacencias, mejorar tu Scout, tu Negociador de contratos, etc. Vamos a hablar de ellos mas a fondo.
Capacidad del Estadio.
Como dice su nombre, determina la cantidad de fanáticos que pueden acceder a tu estadio para ver jugar a tu equipo.
- ¿Por que mejorarlo?
Mas gente en el Estadio se traduce en mas dinero ingresando por venta de entradas, pero debes manejarlo con sabiduría, primero que nada debes estar atento a esto:
- Average visitors per match: 1,344 / Average utilization: 90%
Esto lo puedes ver encima de la estadística del estadio
Actualmente mi estadio tiene un uso del 90% y lo ideal es mantenerlo al 100%. ¿Qué influye en esto? pueden ser: falta de victorias en tu equipo, falta de fanáticos globales y/o un precio muy alto de las entradas. En el nivel 7 el estadio tiene 1500 asientos de capacidad y un costo de mantenimiento por partido de 1200 RBN (0.8 RBN por asiento) y estando en la liga mas baja debes tener un precio rondando entre 35-50 RBN por entrada para así asegurar un rating alto de asistencia y un muy buen ingreso en relación a los costos de operación. Sobra decir que es el edificio mas importante porque es el que te genera mas ingresos pero ten cuidado porque es bastante caro subirlo y además tener un estadio con muchos asientos pero no los fanáticos para llenarlo puede ser contraproducente.
What is the purpose of the buildings in Rabona?
There are nine buildings in Rabona in total. Each one of them affects a different aspect or statistics of your team, whether it's generating income, expanding the Stadium and its surroundings, improving your Scout, your Contract Negotiator, etc. Let's talk about them in more depth.
Stadium Capacity.
As its name says, it determines the amount of fans that can access your stadium to watch your team play.
- Why improve it?
More people in the stadium translates into more money coming in from ticket sales, but you must manage it wisely, first of all you must be aware of this:
- Average visitors per match: 1,344 / Average utilization: 90%.

Currently in this actual season my stadium has a utilization of 90% and ideally it should be kept at 100%. But what influences this thing if I am in the first position? It can be: lack of victories in your team, lack of global fans and/or a very high ticket price. At level 7 the stadium has a 1500 seat capacity and a maintenance cost per game of RBN 1200 (RBN 0.8 per seat) and being in the lowest league you should have a price around RBN 35-50 per ticket to ensure a high attendance rating and a very good revenue in relation to operating costs. Needless to say it is the most important building because it is the one that generates the most revenue but be careful because it is quite expensive to raise it and also having a stadium with many seats but not enough fans to fill it can be counterproductive.
Capacidad de Catering.
Es una tienda de comidas, puedes venderle Cerveza y Salchichas a tus fanáticos para que las disfruten mientras ven sus partidos.
- ¿Por que mejorarlo?
No solo es importante mejorarlo si no mantenerlo al mismo nivel de la capacidad del estadio, pues si tienes capacidad para 1000 fans debes poder venderle comida a cada uno de ellos, al mismo tiempo que poder vender mas de esa cantidad seria desperdiciar mercancía. Mi precio actual es de 2.1 RBN por unidad, y recién lo aumente a 2.5 para medir si el ingreso sube o baja y decidir el precio nuevo.
Catering Capacity.
It's a food store, you can sell Beer and Sausages to your fans to enjoy while they watch their games.
- Why upgrade it?
It is not only important to improve it but to keep it at the same level of the stadium capacity, because if you have capacity for 1000 fans you must be able to sell food to each one of them, at the same time to sell more than that amount would be wasting merchandise. My current price is 2.1 RBN per unit, and I just increased it to 2.5 to measure if the income goes up or down and decide the new price.
Capacidad de Tienda.
Esta es la tienda oficial de tu club, en ella venderás Bufandas y Camisas de tu equipo. Este edificio recomiendo tenerlo cerca de la capacidad del estadio, pero un poco por debajo porque parte de la asistencia de tu estadio es publico visitante que NO va a comprar camisas de tu equipo, claramente, así que si mi estadio tiene capacidad para 1500 fans, lo ideal es que mi Tienda este en el nivel 6 (capacidad para 1350 unidades), algo que debes tomar en cuenta es que los costos de operación te hagan ganar mas dinero del que gastas.
Actualmente mi Tienda tiene un costo de 7000 RBN y un ingreso promedio de 15,750 RBN, que es el doble (y lo mínimo que deberías estar obteniendo).
Store Capacity.
This is the official store of your club, where you will sell the official scarfs and shirts of your team for all your fans. This building I recommend to have it close to the stadium capacity, but a little below because part of the attendance of your stadium is visiting public that will NOT buy shirts of your team, clearly, so if my stadium has capacity for 1500 fans, the ideal is that my store is on level 6 (capacity for 1350 units), something you should take into account is that the operating costs make you earn more money than you spend.
Currently my store has a cost of 7000 RBN and an average income of 15,750 RBN, which is twice as much (and the minimum you should be getting).
Hotel / Aparcamiento.
Estos edificios sirven para generar Alojamiento y un sitio donde aparcar el coche cuando vienen a ver tus partidos y claro, generar un ingreso por eso.
Aquí no hay nada mas que subir de nivel el edificio, mientras mas alto sea el nivel mas ingreso obtienes por su uso, los míos están así:
Hotel: operating costs -3,300 / Hotel income 11,000
Parking lot: operating costs -3,300 / Parking lot income 11,000
Un ingreso de 15,400 RBN hasta este momento de la temporada.
Hotel / Parking.
It serves to generate accommodation and a place to park the car when they come to see your games and of course, generate an income for that.
Here there is nothing more to do than to level up the building, the higher the level the more income you get for its use, mine are like this:
Hotel: operating costs -3,300 / Hotel income 11,000
Parking lot: operating costs -3,300 / Parking lot income 11,000
An income of 15,400 RBN up to this point of the season.
Oficinas / Patio del edificio.
Las oficinas disminuyen los costos salariales cuando renuevas a tus jugadores, mientras mas alto sea el nivel del edificio será mas económico renovar a tus jugadores.
El Patio sirve para agilizar el tiempo de construcción final del resto de tus edificios, es importante porque mientras mas subes los niveles mas insano se vuelve el tiempo de espera y subir este edificio va a reducir considerablemente ese tiempo, si no te molesta esperar o si ya subiste todos tus edificios entonces degrada este edificio pues es para lo único que sirve.
Offices / Building Yard.
Offices decrease the salary costs when renewing your players, the higher the level of the building the cheaper it will be to renew your players.
The Courtyard serves to speed up the construction time of your buildings, it is important because the more you raise the levels the more insane the waiting time becomes and raising this building will reduce that time considerably, if you don't mind waiting or if you have already raised all your buildings then downgrade this building because it is the only thing it is for.
Academia / Centro de Entrenamientos.
Estos dos edificios van un poco de la mano, el primero te servirá para entrenar jóvenes promesas aumentando la eficiencia de tu Scout, pienso que este edificio hay que irlo llevando de acuerdo a lo que busquemos en nuestro equipo, si no estas enfocado en el scout creo que subirlo no valdrá de mucho.
El centro de entrenamiento te da ventaja cuando juegas de local, así que ¡a subirlo todo lo que se pueda!
Academy / Training Center.
These two buildings go a little hand in hand, the first one will serve to train young promises increasing the efficiency of your Scout, I think this building should be taken according to what we are looking for in our team, if you are not focused on the scout I think that raising it will not be worth much.
The training center gives you an advantage when you play at home, so let's raise it as much as possible!
Conclusiones.
Los edificios van a ir de la mano con tu equipo y mas importante aun, van a trazar el camino que este va a seguir, así que creo que es el punto en el que mas te tienes que enfocar para mejorar a tu equipo y tu gestión, así que estúdialos, ve donde están las perdidas para que mejores tus ganancias y ¡lleva tu equipo a la cima!
Conclusions.
Buildings will go hand in hand with your team and more importantly, they will chart the path it will follow, so I think this is the point you need to focus on the most to improve your team and your management, so study them, see where the losses are to improve your profits and take your team to the top!
