One again that time has come, I sit here in front of the computer thinking that every single thing I am involved in needs an update by way of writing a post. I suppose it is superior in some ways to not knowing what to write about, let's get started.
If you are new to dCity - in my estimation now is a good time to jump in and start playing, with as little as $50 you can play for aprs of 100% or higher using my beginner guide to get started, which also has a part 2 update in the continuing series.
Today I want to talk about two dCity derivative projects I have successfully running - let's get right to it.
We had a fine month of january for our @superlab account, and just yesterday we got our hands on 1881 citizens! A rare and excellent find, we experimented on the first 500 and not a single super solider. I was so disappointed, I was almost thinking about reporting something wrong.
After waiting 12 hours and cancelling some bids, we scrounged enough to experiment on the next 600, and 7 super soldiers appeared. It really is what they say - streakiness strikes again!
We still have a few hundred more to process, we will be working with our daily SIM income. After that we will do another ARMERO drop - looks like somewhere in the neighborhood of 0.3-0.4 ARMERO per LABFUND coming up in early February - stay tuned for that.
Our city is worth as much as 36M SIM, which at the time of writing is worth as much as 13320 HIVE. With 7534 LABFUND left in the wild, that gives us a estimated value of ~1.77 HIVE per LABFUND. (Not including the ARMERO that we are about to drop).
So make sure to get your LABFUND off the markets during the early part of February, I will let you all know when it has happened, or you will see it in your wallets.
I have been tempted to slowly bleed LABFUND assets into ARMERO more and more, but for now we are happy to exist and get a pretty high ranking reward for our tax rebates. We are actively using that HIVE to buyback underpriced LABFUND from the market, so for at least the next several months I would say this city still has a very valid and independent reason for existing.
Our city, @armero, is doing great. I happen to think it is one of the best and most profitable cities in the game right now, and it also happens to be tokenized. Here are the proportional owners of this city:
The fun thing is, it is absolutely dominating in the INCOME ranking. And as a part of its growth, it has been able to add to EDUCATION and CREATIVITY, as well as continue to slowly creep up on its population size.
Some of this growth has come at the expense of our SIM holdings, which have grown, but not as much as they could have. The city cannot grow on Sick Citizens alone, it needs buildings with INCOME and POPULARITY to balance against the negatives of these new citizens. And apart from that, people have been dumping Sick Citizens, so we have actually picked up a lot more of them on the cheap.

It sure seems like quite early in February, within the first few days, we will be seeing another Sanitorium Div go out, although this might be the last one in this form, since we have a new proposal from @gerber and looks like it might pass:
And of course I am talking about Proposal 14 - changing ranking rewards from HIVE to SIM. This will mean that holding rewards will be the natural way of HIVE accumulation, and we will need to accumulate A LOT more SIM before that is doing its job as efficiently as the ranking rewards.
But don't worry, I am on the case! Current numbers:
@armero is designed to continue to expand on the cheap, and slowly grow in size and importance. The bet is that dCity will be around long enough to make this a winning play - time will tell!
Proposal 13, mass killing of sick citizens, would affect us as well, but I don't think even that will stop our amazing growth within dCity, since everyone will be affected equally (or possibly active players less with the use of a Prevention Card).
Our city might be worth as much as 53.7M SIM (~19869 HIVE), and with just over 67k ARMERO distributed, that gives us a price of as much as 0.297 HIVE per ARMERO token. Of course this highly depends on both the fickle market of the dCity NFT's, as well as the continued strength of the SIM price in HIVE.
Reflecting this risk, the market has formed giving the token a bit of a discount, this also probably reflects the medium-term uncertainty about how fast we are going to be able to get the divs up to a reasonable speed during the ranking reward transition.
After two months the project still goes strong, there is less throughput, except when good ol' @ecoinstant negotiates for hidden stashes of citizens that are still hiding out there. The recent 1800+ score and its profitability shows that we can still let this continue to run.
Will soon disgorge more ARMERO tokens.
In basically the same amount of short time, two months, ARMERO has become the top new player on the dCity scene. Not just its rise to the top, but its bold strategy has come to mark it out amongst it's near-peers, of which there are very few under specialized conditions.
Armero likely has the longer future ahead of it. Look forward to a new divdrip going out in the next day or three.
Both tokens are trading at a discount to NAV on the market, meaning if you want to buy it - do it!
You can also trade these tokens - ie Buy Low and Sell High
. They have nice spreads each of them, and since they are asset backed, you are unlikely to lose money by playing around on the market (as long as you do indeed learn to buy low and sell high). Consider this the game 'within the game' within the token(s).
Also, from my own review of the matter, everyone should be in profit. SIM is up 30% against HIVE, all LABFUND holders are in 2x profit, and all ARMERO holders are above water as well. So if you need the HIVE, or the money, feel free to sell. Let's loosen this market up and get these tokens moving around.

Thanks for the update. I don't really trade these much. I just hold onto the tokens in my wallet and I trust that you will do a good job with it. I guess it works for the people who do trade that the early heads up is a good call for them.

post farming will be the new way to make some good loot gonna do it fast on my other network of accounts to pull out at least 1500 a day for a bit until it may not work but who knows they will read like a pro post lol. images , text to audio, audio to text just literally posting different things and ai articles can make you thousands a day if you get it automated to produce good content. The rwareds from curators plus doing it so small per account will let us focus on niches and curators there to get there votes suck in the most combined as possible to pay are team 750 a day /3 the 500 to the org and 250 to the team fund where it will be used to only stack cash flow investments more heavy in stable coins and non digital assets to like real estate we need to make sure we have all types so were set up for the future with cash flow while us sleep only way to doi t.. like i earn right now almost 150K in passive income so i sleep it come s in then i work on this stuff and add more until 35 which is my complete drop dead im done working more than 1-10 hours by then the organizaiton will be built up and we will have sold it or sold most and get a portion of profits annually. If we sell it will be for at least 10 to 20 millon when we get htat value and we will. All we need is the 1/10 ways ive used at a massive scale like 10X to work well and we get a goood 1-5 million per idea lol. So are fund could be very large very fast rignt now its not formal until more assets can be used to match me and what i have to contribute we prob need a few thousand which we cna earn battling curating then have a main account that gets its tarted bc cant have a busienss with no income. I get my income but needs to be bought by the company same with other assets meaning we al need to conribute and pool for a roi. pooling meaning all contirbuted assets in sep accounts but ant inome goes to the treasury and its voted on what to do and we will also file tax returns bc im not going to jail lol. most need to.

About to create my own fund with my Splintelands Assets about 100K plus GLX about 300K earning at the nice 1% ish a day and swapping all to glx then earnings goto dec, forge , sps, nodes, land equally as these are the assets that will be needed so owning land can carn income by renting for a NNN split with no cost or risk but land price you get 25% before costs so a revenue share and 75% less costs are left for the renter or lower percent and a fixed rent which would be equal to say a formula of a fixed 30% APR, variable APR that is calculated by the income per rent dollar received on average and if it is between x-y or0-20% will be added, a discount of 10% for leases paid up front and for 1 month. Access to the private card bank each member of he alliance will have and all profitsgo to the respective member and each member pays the alliance fee which is based on the members badge from Founding Alliance Guild Member for the guilds hat start it to 1-5 year members going from L1MonserBlaster to L5MonsterBlaster which then earnings increase by 100% from PMDL1 -100 with pay increases based on performance points determined with a formula drafted by and voted by the DAO so this is just a example as the DAO units will decide all aspects and the minimum membership with voting units is either as a group and one line item on the cap table so you are responsible for p and l distribution after is 1,000 until 10000 is raised then the minimum jumps to 25,000 and at the same price but has a preferred return of 5% non cumulative and is worth 2x the common stock vote and after the 5% monthly the next return will be paid by a 2 safe units 1 expiring after 1 year the other does not expire and enables 1 unit to be purchased at the original value and has all of the same rights etc but does not receive voting rights in commons stock they are profits cash flow interests with a 1/total units = per unit earnings and each seed investor receives this for free 1/1 with a stock dividend of 1.07 per year and they are available to preferred stock holders at the current value so if the preferred unis purchase them then they will add value to the seed investors. The decentralized multicity bank will be allocated in game DAO or equity in the bank which will be in SIM the standard token and there will be savings accounts issued where if the account you wish to add to the banks lp program and or leasing program, lending protocol with 5X collateral in USDC. Deposit apr is in SIM at the inflation rate plus 1% and loans are made with a 50% collateral loan with a 20% apr which will be invested in by the banks partner cities or denied in which case there will be private lenders operated by individuals and we agree to take 2.5% of the total value of the new loan upfront and we will use that to include them at the appropriate 50% discount or so for the risk to 10% at the lowest but investors can be anyone in dcitys (combined city selection fund where the individual accounts vote for allocation of 10% of the income in SIM which requires a upfron pmt and at 50% we make 100% so selling it for a game with less risk also gives others the ability to get into good discounted lending. We will lend on land mostly and things and businesses creating cash flow. That strategy owning cash flow first play later hs worked getting nodes will get me a node drop, land eventual 250-500 plots will let us control a serious amount of resources as well as if we do not get a castle we negotiate a advance agreement to buy into a castle if someone is looting to sell it or possibly buy a few keeps only for a premium but will use 55% as the discount rate for purchase price as well as offer lending and broker services for people so they pay a fee of 5% up front for the company and the recourse is the property plus 5x the property deeds up as collateral which will be used for refinances instead of cash we take 50% of the spell cards with any short fall made up with sps and glx. Also can make contracts with cities in return for x % of assets for x% of node income or other assets like cards or share of a avtive guild what will trade units producing cf and get ownership of x part of the citys revenue. Vesting occurs after 25 years which is for independent contractors. Partners have a 3 year vesting and 12 year sales period. Also no matter what is left the Option buyout company will offer IC holders a discounted amount in hive to purchase the remaining interest to be unlocked to return a 50% IRR to the investors from today on so will not be much but if they do not the options expire like all restricted stock and its meant to retain ppl by giving them profits and eventually full ownership so profits no matter what but ownership will be given with time as this will not be a walk in organization. Any one performing well or is a natural leader will be moved to the right role and since its a ic role all equipment must be purchased by the user as well as as cards and other assets. A allowance or bonus will be given to write down your purchases and we will delegate them to you to start out and after that depending on the agreement we make for ownership of the guild as well whether its a option to have first right to buy at fmv or a buy sell price set up in advance for 5 years from now with a 10% profit cash flow royalty in perpetuity which will be sold to others at a discount of 20% up front so we do not need to bother with monthly contracts and pass it on to who ever pays up front to acquire the steam if month as we prefer to keep risk as low as possible transferring it to other organizations willing to take that on and are given all the information and we service on there behalf via a smart contract giving each pmt and letting us hold in stable coin lps in escrow and keep what is earned.
