Joy4mefc's second training session of the week was occurred with a focus on physical fitness and tactical drills for the players. Despite the team's commitment with training and exercise, some of our players experienced signs of fatigue, which necessitates careful management and consideration for the purposes, we were still managing it with them.
Our training session began with a comprehensive warm up routine for the players, coaches have to joined them also with the warmup, we are emphasizing injury prevention and preparing players for the ensuing physical mentality. The coach and the instructor then divided the team into groups to address specific aspects of both physical and tactical training with them.
However, All the strategic purpose on the players tactical focused on team cohesion, positional awareness with the players, and strategic play on the field of play. We were able to manage the player despite some players dealing with fatigue in the training, the coaches and the instructor maintained a constructive and adaptable approach to ensure that the training session contributed to the team's overall development in the team.
In conclusion, Joy4mefc 2nd training of the week provided a platform for both physical and tactical development for the team. However our observed fatigue among certain players underscores the importance of individualized training programs and highlights the need for ongoing fatigue monitoring to optimize performance and prevent injuries among the players and the team.
