Strikethrough
Last night was a certified street food trip sesh β a feast for the taste buds and a moment to treat ourselves after a long day. The smoky aroma of grilled goodies filled the air as we lined up for some all-time favorites:
π’ Pork Barbecue β tender and juicy with that sweet-savory glaze
π Grilled Pig's Ear (Tenga ng Baboy) β chewy, crispy edges, and packed with flavor
π Isaw ng Manok (Chicken Intestine) β cleaned well and perfectly grilled, crispy outside, soft inside
π Hotdog on Stick β slightly charred for that perfect bite
But the real star of the night? Spicy vinegar with LOTS of onions and red chilies!
Every bite dipped in that sauce just hits different β asim-tamis with that kick that makes you go "wooooh sarap!"
What I love about food trips like this is the simplicity and comfort β standing by the grill, chika with the vendor, the scent of uling, and the pure joy of every bite. Itβs not just food; itβs an experience.
If you havenβt had a barbecue run in a while, this is your sign. Bring your friends, or go solo β but donβt forget the suka with lots of onion and chili!
