RE: Grading System - Do we Need it or Not?

In my opinion, grading is an obstacle to letting people access their true potential and talents as you have to spend much time and energy to keep up with the system. Better to help kids find their talents and true motivations for study, rather than demanding a set of knowledge that they might never use
