Gracefulness Made A Starry Starry Night

As i was looking for workouts in the wild world wide web, i came across different forms of yoga, pilates and ballerina workouts, and my stupid ass thought it would be easy. I was quickly proven wrong but despite that, there was one thing i have seen that stick with me during these lessons. I felt more graceful, even if my movements were not entirely controlled and i was definitely struggling, i felt beauty from within. This was a nice but weird feeling. So as a curious person i went to dig why by just watching their movements, than one word came to my mind while seeing ballerina's plays on youtube and it was gracefulness. And i wanted to understand how and why i felt that way, what does being graceful even mean, is it only about movement? manner of speak? is it only in humans or do objects and animals also portray this? So i tried to do some research down bellow for this post.

Gracefulness_ is an idea not very different from beauty; it consists of much the same things. Gracefulness is an idea belonging to posture and motion. In both these, to be graceful, it is requisite that there be no appearance of difficulty; there is required a small inflection of the body; and a composure of the parts in such a manner, as not to encumber each other, not to appear divided by sharp and sudden angles. In this ease, this roundness, this delicacy of attitude and motion, it is that all the magic of grace consists, and what is called its je ne sais quoi; as will be obvious to any observer, who considers attentively the Venus de Medicis, the Antinous, or any statue generally allowed to be graceful in an high degree.

—Edmund Burke

It is known that to be graceful also depicts a sort of elegance, in this way Elegance is beauty that shows unusual effectiveness and simplicity. Much like in mathematical problem solving, the solution to a problem (such as a proof of a mathematical theorem) exhibits mathematical elegance if it is surprisingly simple and insightful yet effective and constructive.

Elegance is frequently used as a standard of tastefulness, particularly in visual design, decorative arts, literature, science, and the aesthetics of mathematics. Elegant things often exhibit refined grace and suggest maturity, and in the case of mathematics, a deep mastery of the subject matter

Essential components of the concept include simplicity and consistency of design, focusing on the essential features of an object. In art of any kind one might also require dignified grace, or restrained beauty of style. Visual stimuli are frequently considered elegant, if a small number of colors and stimuli are used, emphasizing the remainder. And this all adds to attainment of gracefulness

Like swans, ballerinas are often used as an examples of gracefulness. Sometimes even delicate tress that shows no trouble in surviving the weather without displeasing the observer's eye.

Gracefulness, or being graceful, is the physical characteristic of displaying "pretty agility", in the form of elegant movement, poise, or balance. It's aesthetically pleasing. And in my opinion, the biggest demonstration of strength.

My gift for you who read all of this:
